On the lower level is the 4th bedroom with a single bed and there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area.

Facilities include 3 bathrooms, 55-inch TV, DVD player, CD player, fully stocked kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, 2 dining areas and outdoor setting for 8, internal laundry with washer and dryer. Parking is available in the double garage with internal access to the house.
