The Atrium - Large Spacious Architect Designed Home

This impressive architect designed home is perfect for your special getaway. Situated in the popular Lighthouse Beach precinct, minutes' drive from beaches and shops, this unique and stylish holiday home offers luxury at an affordable price. The central atrium enhances natural light and space and sunlit living areas flow outdoors to the private alfresco area and tropical gardens.

This home can easily cater for couples, groups or extended families up to 8 people. It features 4 bedrooms, one being an oversized parent's retreat situated on the top floor with ensuite and air conditioning. Also on the top floor is the second bedroom with queen sized bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. On the lower level is the 4th bedroom with a single bed and there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area.

Facilities include 3 bathrooms, 55-inch TV, DVD player, CD player, fully stocked kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, 2 dining areas and outdoor setting for 8, internal laundry with washer and dryer, there is also a games room with table tennis. Parking is available in the double garage with internal access to the house.

We hope you love your stay at The Atrium and come to regard this as your home away from home.

Bedding: Queen in the main, queen in the 2nd, 2 singles in the 3rd, 1 single in the 4th bedroom downstairs and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. (No linen included)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Big place, could fit 3 families with separate bathrooms. Quiet location close to Sea Acres, Shelly Beach, Asty's takeaway, and a service station. No linen, but included kitchen equipment, lounge, tv, and bluetooth radio/speaker. Kids loved ping pong in the games room. Didn't need to use the garage with lots of driveway parking. Lovely garden with outdoor furniture. Very comfortable and an impressive size with privacy for everyone.

A very well thought over and impressive property. A hidden Gem. Garden is tranquil and amazing. Could have done with an outdoor BBQ , free WIFI and Netflix but was still a very pleasant stay all round.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and in a great spot. The couple of issues we had is this is a house for 8 people we only stayed at night we were out all day but we were left 2 half rolls of toilet paper. Also the house was so muggy. Non of the fans had remotes that worked and the aircon we had so swap batteries from one remote to the other to have them work.

Well maintained residence. The overall cleanliness was great. Remember to hire your linen.

Close to local beaches. Port Macquarie is a peach of a place to visit. The fact that a millennia ago it was volcanic makes the coastline a vista to explore. The home we stayed in was comfortable and clean. It was located between the main town and it's southern localities which are all easy to access. Just turn left or right and your on your way! Would stay in the property again!

Elopement

The property was clean and tidy, shame the spa didn't work, and no WI-FI. A yard maintenance person arrived without our knowledge and was in the backyard, notice would have been nice from the real estate, so I wasnt nude! As he could see straight through the kitchen window. We stayed for the week for our elopement. And would recommend staying here.

Lots of things to do whenever your not experiencing Port Macquarie. It has a games room with a table tennis table, DVD player with dvds and board games to play. Plenty of sitting area's to relax and enjoy the quiet location.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the Atrium looks magnificent from the outside and from your website photos. But when you actually stay there things start unraveling.When you first arrive at your office you are given an envelope and 2 sets of keys with 6-8 keys on each set, but no actual note saying which key fits which lock.Once inside the spacious interior was a pleasant surprise indeed and looked well maintained at first glance.We arrived at about 4.30pm and thought we would go to the local coles and cook dinner using the fry pan and saucepans provided to cook on the stovetop at which point the hob never came on and we had to abandon our attempts at cooking dinner on this, and ended up buying takeaway and the next day going to kmart and purchasing an electric frypan for all further meals.The next day we decided to put water in the spa bath in the master bedroom ensuite only to find that the spa also didn’t work which was very upsetting to our 11 year old.Upon our departure and the return of the 2 sets of keys , the customer service I experienced was very lacklustre to say the least as I wasn’t even asked how I enjoyed my holiday in Port Macquarie let alone at the Atrium.The chances of me coming back to use Elders Lifestyle Group will definitely be very remote indeed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Few things makes this property below average option:- Very dirty sofas in living room- They don't provide Linen/towels and charge for it if requested. Although they have stated this clearly but this makes the property less desirable.- No Wifi availableWe had a good experience with Property management company. I requested for an extra hour to checkout and they were happy to accommodate.

Overall nice

There are 2 main problems . 1. upstairs has no air condition so it was very hot in the 2 bedrooms. 2.kitchen has not enough cookeries and what ever there they are rusty.
