We had a lovely Labor Day weekend at Camp Hood! The house was gorgeous and very well furnished. They had all the utensils and pans we needed for cooking meals in the kitchen, and even some nice glassware for drinks. We unfortunately had a bit of a snag with the internet (which I'm sure has now been fully resolved), and we found out that there is no cell reception at the house without the Wi-Fi! We got along just fine enjoying the beautiful house and hot tub, but it was definitely strange to be without a phone for so long! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was wonderful! The property was beautiful, the drive to the house was very easy ,Terri the host for the property is great and helpful for anything you would need, i would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely visit this property again!

Great stay!

Amazing house in a wonderful setting….remote but beautiful. Lovely open floor plan, comfortable beds and loved our hot tub time in the evenings on the deck!

Terri was great and made sure we had everything we needed. House and property were beautiful and clean. This was a girls trip and we loved sitting by the fireplace and hanging out in the hot tub. Very peaceful! I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Short family getaway

We had the best time in this beautiful place!! Ms. Terri and Mrs. Hood are both sweethearts who will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable!! We will definitely be back and we highly recommend staying here!!

Enjoyed our 6 night stay! Loved the home and it was just as beautiful as the pictures posted. So secluded with beautiful trees and so quiet! Breakfast and coffee on the deck in the mornings followed by our evenings in the hot tub after golf were so relaxing. Our host,Terri, was also very helpful, and made us feel so welcome. She was great! We will stay here again and recommend it highly!

Camp Hood was Awesome

I wanted to let Mr. & Mrs. Hood know that they have a great peaceful place and the Camp host Teri was great and always available by phone/text. I would definitely recommend this for a nice relaxing get away.

I could suffice it to say this was a really great rental, but that’s hardly appropriate. From the get-go, Mrs. Judy was an excellent communicator, clearly interested in helping us iron out any details to enhance our experience in the area. The handoff to her hostess on the ground, Mrs. Terri, was seamless and well coordinated for our entry. Terri stayed intentionally but unobtrusively in touch all week. Finally, if there is a more peaceful spot on VRBO, go there. If you want wonderful hosting, a beautiful space with incredible natural lighting and space to spread out or cluster up, this is for you. The experience was top notch all the way around. Peaceful, beautiful, centrally located in the village for dining and activities, and a very reasonable drive to Lake Ouachita State Park, Hot Springs, and any number of outdoor activities await renters at Camp Hood! Enjoy!!!

Yes! The hot tub was wonderful We used it 2 out of the 3 nights! We did not have children with us, but didn't see much for children to do, other than play in the woods.

Excellent guys trip

Great secluded get away. The property was clean and inviting. We all had a great time relaxing and unwinding. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

Relaxing Labor Day

The perfect location to get away. Property is well maintained and the hosts were excellent to work with. Couldn't of asked for more.

New year reset trip

We have stayed at this house 3 times. We love it because it is so secluded and quiet. We just relax and get ready for the new year. Judy and Terri are great to work with.

Camp Hood is one of the most beautiful, fully equipped cabins we have had the privilege to stay in!

The process is simple to rent and easy to get your questions answered by the owner and property manager. Terri went out of her way for us!

Perfect place for a golf outing!

Stayed the week on a golf trip. Location was great. Hot tub was amazing. Beautiful surroundings and house was equipped with everything you need and then some. Terri was amazing and very helpful. We would definitely recommend and return.

Girls trip

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this beautiful property!! It was very clean and comfortable! We had groceries delivered from Kroger and Sam’s club! Terri was a wonderful host for the weekend easy to talk to and very hospitable!

Annual Golf Trip

Our group consisted of 3 couples for an annual golf trip. The property worked great as there was a bathroom connected to each bedroom. We loved the location of the home (we thought the drive was super fun). The property is well managed and very clean. We will definitely try to book again next year!

Everything was perfect from the very start. Terri was a great host and answered all our questions. The home had everything we needed. It was quiets and peaceful. Just what we needed and we can't wait to go back!
