The location of the Villa is in San Marino Condominium with gate control 24/7. It has private beach access.
Enjoy nice warm weather in the sunny Pacific Coast of Guatemala in this comfortable Villa that have 4 bedrooms with private bathroom (showers) and A/C in each room. Two bedrooms are in the first level, and each has a full bed plus a bunk bed. The other two bedrooms are in the second level, having one with a twin bed and bunk bed. The other one is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a flat tv. Bed linens and towels are included, maximum capacity for 13 persons. There is a living room inside the house with a flat tv with cable. A fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils needed. There is a cleaning lady that can assist you with serving , washing dishes, cleaning, and with basic cooking and serving you for a daily fee of Q150 ($20), from 7 am to 6 pm. If you are willing to have her during your stay, please let me know so she gets prepared; you pay the fee to her.
Enjoy being outside under the ranch that has exterior furniture for dining, living, bar set, and gas grilling. The view from the ranch is a water canal. Have a great time in the private pool anytime of the day. To just lay down under the sun or the shadow of an umbrella there are couple of patio beds and hammocks.
Have fun playing in your own pool table or ping pong in a room that has a A/C.
The Villa is in a private, gated condominium with 24/7 security guards. You can walk to the private beach (around 0.6 mile) inside the condominium and you will get to the Pacific Coast shore. The sand is black because of the volcanic history of this area, but it is nice, granulated sand to walk or play with. There are a series of small individual ranches, for you and your party, to have a shade while being there. The sea has waves to practice body surfing if you like; you might be swimming with surfers.

If you like deep sea fishing or just be in a motor boat on the sea, you can hire a half or full day tour to do this. Going out from a nearby marina, there a several options where they provide you with everything including a captain! Another close place to visit (20 miles) is Monterrico, where you can find restaurants, bars and places to hang out and meet other visitors; look for baby sea turtles release to the ocean, a magnificient event with the kids to share.
If you spend several days in this Villa, you can do day trips to nice places like Antigua (53 miles), a beautiful colonial town, full of historic spanish monuments, museums, churches, great gastronomy, coffee, and bars. This unique city lies on the base of the Agua Volcano and is close to Fuego (active!) and Acatenango volcano.
Another day trip could be visiting Guatemala City (65 miles) and do a city tour. On your way to the city you will pass by Pacaya Volcano (55 miles) which is active and you can hike it up in an hour, which is a great lifetime experience: you will see melted lava! Another day trip could be visiting Lake Atitlan (85 miles), considering one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, and it is true. The lake is surrounded by three volcanoes, small villages with ethnic people that are mayan descendents and have their own characteristics in clothing, food and folkloric traditions, very nice to see.
