Unwind and savour the expansive open living room along with the contemporary, fully equipped kitchen. Gather for family meals at the spacious table accommodating up to 12 guests. Two reverse cycle air conditioners ensure your comfort year-round.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, and the third bedroom features a bunk bed (double bottom, single top) with space for a cot or air mattress (not provided).

We provide two linen options:
OPTION 1: Towels, bottom sheets, and pillows (with protectors and covers) at no extra cost.
OPTION 2: Quilts, quilt covers, and top sheets available for an additional $15 per bed. Please specify your preference during booking for adjustment in the final balance.
The family room comfortably accommodates two families, perfect for enjoying TV time or selecting from our collection of diverse DVDs for your entertainment.

The well-lit bathroom offers a bath and shower, alongside a separate vanity and basin area. A washing machine is available for your laundry needs.

Well-behaved pets are welcome, with a request to keep them off the furniture. The large, fenced backyard provides ample space for them to roam.

Parking for four or more cars is available in the driveway, with room for a boat either in the driveway or backyard.
