A great find! Exceptionally clean, completely renovated condominium with a modern, beach vibe. This place is a second floor end unit with open floor plan leading to a large deck. There is enough room for a family or just a couple to spread out. This condo has a main level bedroom with its own private balcony. There is a second floor bedroom with a private bath and bonus room. The second level is like a semi-private suite.
The unit is only 1 of 8 so it this is a quiet place with a pool and ample parking. Walk only steps to the sand and all that Surfside Beach has to offer. The pier, restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, golf car and bike rental, public park with tennis courts, farmers market and library are within close walking distance. Bicycling and walking are safe in this quiet neighborhood.
Want more excitement? Myrtle Beach with its nightlife and shopping are only a 15 minute car ride. Restaurant row and Marsh Walk of Murrell's Inlet are a similar distance. Charleston is an easy day trip.

Excellent Place to Stay in Surfside

Place is great for a small family like ours, beach is a couple blocks away and everything you could need for a beach (or pool) day is there.

We had an amazing stay. We loved everything about this condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and close to everything. The condo had everything we needed. The host was responsive to inquiries and made sure we had an amazing 5 Star Stay. I look forward to my next vacation here.

Long weekend with family

We had a great time staying at this condo. The condo is in a great location. It is within walking distance to the beach and places to eat. The condo was very clean, well maintained, and well stocked including a lot of extras that most places do not provide. Tanya goes out of her way to make sure you will enjoy your stay. We will keep this condo in mind for future trips.

Absolute Perfection

This was, by far, the BEST experience we have had with a stay. The condo was impeccable and Tanya thought of every single thing a guest might want/need: bedding, snacks, personal items and comfort to pool and beach items. Great location, a block from the beach. The condo is stunning and you can tell that great care was taken to ensure a great stay. Tanya was communicative and made sure we felt welcome. We can’t wait to ‘run away’ again to this condo.

Fantastic spot for breezy beach getaway

An absolutely fantastic spot for an easy beach weekend or getaway! The property is just 2 easy blocks from pier & beach access; adequate property parking available; and with all major amenities very close by, no real need to rent a golf cart. The condo was bigger than anticipated (could easily sleep up to 6) with very nice amenities & plenty of room to "spread out". Great communication from host, very easy directions & straightforward access to property, wifi, etc. I particularly loved having beach gear (sand toys, cooler, umbrella, chairs, boogie board, towels) available from host so we didn't have to buy & pack them. Much quieter and more "beach life" than Myrtle Beach but close enough to enjoy those things too (if you wish). For us Midwesterners, this made a weekend beach getaway surprisingly simple :) I would absolutely return & highly recommend for location, amenities & ease. Thanks so much for being part of our lovely vacation!

Summer Getaway 2024

Think this is one of the best experiences I've ever had, all the way around. Tanya and her husband Dave are the best Hostess and Host I've personally ever delt with. On a scale of 1-10, they get a 10 for sure. It was exceptionally stocked, many things I didn't need to bring. Will be booking and coming back for sure. The only issue we had was the AC wasn't working properly our last day but Tanya and Dave was right on it and it being a Sunday at that, did everything they could. Very impressed.

Clean, Great location, kind hosts

Great location. Perfect for my family of 5 (3 small kids). Well stocked, but maybe too stocked as there was not enough room in cabinets for my food, but its a small kitchen so there is not a lot of room for stocking. Same with bathroom - nice to have the stuff, but I had no space for my stuff. Towels and linens nice. Pillows and bed hard. Hosts were kind and avail at all times since they were doing work on other properties. Very easy to work with. Said there was grease dripped in oven post checkout, but we did not cook while there, but nevertheless, they are gracious hosts. Every once in awhile you are going to have these issues and its fine. Surfside is a nice town. Small beach, clean water, lots of ugly construction at pier. Restaurants good. Lots of smokers all over the place, even on beach, which is something we don't see that often anymore. Cute farmers market and playground 1 block from apartment. Short walk to beach. We had a golf cart but did not really need it.

The condo was comfortable and clean. It had a very welcoming, beachy feel. Location was excellent as it was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Provided beach chairs and towels were a bonus!

Surfside Beach

Very clean. Tanya was immediately responsive when I had questions. Very up to date beach apartment/condo. Very close to the beach and many restaurants. She had the information for chair and umbrellla set up on the beach which worked out perfect. We cooked some at the place and there was plenty of room. We will go back for sure. Thank you, Tanya.

Felt right at Home

Great place to stay!! It has a home feel to it . We were there for softball tournament for my daughter at Grand Park. Great location and was exactly what we were looking for to stay in. I love the deck off kitchen and sky lights in it...lets lots of natural light in thru out the day. We will be back.

We are so glad we booked this condo. Location is excellent. Very clean and has everything you need for a great beach experience. Bonus points for the snacks and coffee on site. You can’t go wrong with this condo. We will return again in the future.

Super clean, sunny and close to beach!!

This condo was very clean, super sunny and tastefully decorated! The owner was very thoughtful in all of her “extras” left around the condo such as snacks, bathroom necessities, beach chairs and detergent to name a few! The rooms felt spacious and roomy, with two decks, one being a large one right off the kitchen! You can practically hear the ocean! Convenient and super close to the ocean, shops and a wide choice of restaurants and bars! We will definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic stay!

Tanya was a fantastic host! Not only was the condo clean and decorated beautifully, she had it fully equipped from beach toys to snacks when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Great weekend gateway.

We stayed there with our 4 kids and the place was just perfect for us. The location is great, one block away from the beach, takes about 5 mins to get there by walking. The master downstairs was spacious and very well decorated and upstairs was all for the kids. The little TV room was a nice surprise and kids loved the cool little hideout. The whole unit was super clean and very well decorated. The two balconies were nice to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. We had a hard time getting the washing mashing to start and figure out how to work the TV’s but everything else worked great! The pool outside was small but nobody really was there using it so it felt like our own private pool. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back. Thank you Tanya for having us at your place and being so responsive and accommodating!-Marta

Just what we needed!

This property is beautiful - the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It was so convenient to be just a few minutes walk away from the beach and the host even left beach towels, toys and chairs for guests to use. The area was very nice and safe. The host was great to work with and checked in upon our arrival and departure. I would definitely pick to stay here if we visit the area again!

I enjoy hosting and making new acquaintances and friends! This is only 1 of 4 properties that I own and manage myself. I love the hunt for new place and the renovation is actually fun for me. Its great to see the before and after knowing that you did it yourself! When my guests enjoy the environment of the condo and have a comfortable time making memories, I consider my efforts a success.

The location of this place was what initially attracted me. The building is only a short 2 minute walk to the sand and many local attractions.
After purchasing, I realized that the building is a close knit group of owners that take great care of the property. With only 8 units, it is a quiet place to stay.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This property has been completely renovated and has enough room for a family or a group of friends. The large, end-unit deck is great in the afternoon shade. You can enjoy the local goings on and the ocean breeze.
My place is very to the ocean without being in a high rise or the high traffic ocean front . Walking distance to local restaurants and parks make this location very desirable.
