Great Condo

We had a nice week and loved the condo we stayed in it was clean and bright, the bed was so comfy and it had everything we needed, the beach was beautiful!!!

Beautiful view from the balcony, well maintained, quiet beach area, location is convenient to everything you need. We had an enjoyable time while here.

15th floor getaway

First time.

This was our first time in Myrtle Beach and first time using VRBO. The location of the resort was perfect and being ocean front was amazing. Everything was as described with a a clean and well stocked condo! Would definitely stay again!

Carefree and easy

Wonderful location and well presented place to stay in Myrtle beach. Perfect for a couple that is looking for low stress relaxing time away. Enjoy the waterfront view. We had a wonderful experience and appreciated the good communication from the property mgr. We would recommend this location as a great value and would stay there again.

Relaxing

Was a nice condo facing the water. Definitely an older building and older condo. The property manager was fantastic and very sweet. Was nice and quiet.

Great views/location

Room was steps away from the beach. Good location for food/drinks/activities. We were offered early check I which was nice. Had a little trouble with the door handle/lock sticking and the bed wasn’t as comfy as I’d hoped but the stay went well. I definitely plan to visit MB again!

This place is very nice

This apartment is ideal for couples who are looking for a relaxing and for people who love views, beach, pool. Many restaurants around here just walking. The bed is very comfortable. Pictures are real. The host is a very nice lady, ready to help you out with anything you need. Thank you so Much Roseann.

Beautiful home, cozy, beautiful view

The condo was just as described. Beautiful balcony view of the ocean and beach. Ample parking, close to the highway, markets, restaurants, diners, bars, etc. Owner was very responsive and gave detailed instructions every step of the way. Would highly recommend!

The location was great. Within walking distance to the boardwalk. Disappointed I had to clean the fridge and microwave before I could use. Surface cleaning was done but it does need a good spring cleaning. Would go back again.

Fantastic Long Weekend!

We loved this property! Very clean, beautiful and safe! The host was very accommodating to work with and allowed us the luxury of a stress free weekend! Beautiful ocean views, quiet relaxation by the pool, hot tub, or on the beach. Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Live music and many places to eat and have fun within walking distance!. Wonderful Relaxing Getaway

The room was everything my Husband and I needed to have an incredible time at the beach! Our room was very clean and had the necessities needed for a 5 night stay, but make sure you bring shower/hygiene products. There were plenty of fresh and clean towels for us to use as well as cooking utensils for when we wanted a quick lunch. The fridge and oven worked great! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy, and we enjoyed the hot tub. We had the best time and plan on coming back for another wonderful stay!

Nice little condo for a few day stay.

We went down to Myrtle Beach for a wedding. It’s definitely not my go to beach but if I have to be at the beach, may as well be able to wake up and watch the ocean with a cup of coffee. The price of the condo was amazing for it being oceanfront. The reviews on the resort were not so great but I took a chance and glad I did. The condo was clean, well decorated, and getting in was super easy due to the communication with the representative. We had an awesome stay with zero issues!

Awful

The location was great! Our room was nasty definitely needs a deep clean stains in the comforter thankfully I brought my own. The inside pool was disgusting. And be aware of the parking garage a piece of it fell on our windshield cracking it pretty badly. So now we have to replace it. Worst hotel experience I’ve had.

Fire the Cleaning company

The property was as described, and the property manager was very communicative. However, the condition of the room was highly unacceptable. There were evident semen stains on the comforter, roaches in the kitchen, and dust and hair on the lamps and other furnishings. We went to Dollar General to purchase bleach, Lysol, and other cleaning products to sanitize the room, the bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room area.

Once checked in and tried to communicate with property manager, she never answered any text messages Had to do without anyone to help.

Nice place, and the owner was very communicative

We had a good time - the unit was clean and functional, however, the property itself is not a 5-star place. There was a funky smell in the lobby of our building the whole time we were there, and the pool areas were run down and seemed not well attended. Be aware that there is a major construction project going on right next to the property on 24th st - they are building a pier. It was VERY noisy, even on Saturday and Sunday. If you enjoy watching big cranes and guys in cherry pickers, it was interesting to see them work, and we had a great view as we were on the 15th floor. The unit is perfect for two people, but the space could be utilized better with storage and/or hooks for wet clothing, towels, etc. Lots of tchochkes that, while cute, took up critical space that could have been utilized in a more functional way. One BIG plus - the knives were actually SHARP enough to cut veggies and fruit (a pet peeve of mine when staying in a condo!), and the kitchen had everything, including your choice of a traditional coffee pot or a Keurig. Overall, it was a good experience, and we got in some beach time and visiting with family who lived in the area. The location of the property is good - close but not too close to pretty much everything. Rosemary, the owner, was one of the best commuicators I have ever dealt with - we got the address wrong, Evolve got our phone number wrong, and she was quick to respond to all our needs. So not a 5-star, but definitely 4-star experience overall.

Booking and Communication was Top-Notch!

1st booking through VRBO, and we are so happy! Booking was exactly as detailed and pictured. Bed was so comfortable. Place was clean and welcoming! It had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful oceanfront view! Roseanne was our point of contact for this stay and she was amazing! She sent us a message with the property and room door codes and parking info, so we had no dealings with the people at the property at all. She also sent us a message letting us know the room was ready several hours before the scheduled check-in. It wasn't expected, but it was a nice surprise! Parking pass was in the room waiting for us. This property is right near "Broadway at the Beach" with plenty of great restaurants. Wahlburgers, Señior Frog, and Rioz (brazilian steakhouse) to name a few. "Checkout" consisted of leaving the trash right outside the door in a designated spot and opening the shutters to the room... that's it! Can't say enough about Roseanne! The stay was perfection and so, so relaxing! Be sure to sign the pink notebook guestbook on the shelf! What a cute idea! 10/10! Thanks for being so awesome! Will definitely look to book this room again in the future!
