Dunworkin' ~ Panoramic Views! - Beach right on your doorstep

DUN WORKIN is a comfortable 4 bedroom holiday shack that accommodates up to 11 guests and is absolute beachfront.

Kitchen with microwave and 2 fridges, slow cooker, Nescafe Dolce Gusto Starbucks coffee machine - BYO Pods - can be bought at Woolworths, open plan dining and lounge with TV, DVD, sliding doors that lead out to an undercover paved area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ, magnificent sea views from Coobowie to Edithburgh. Reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans, 1 Bathroom, 2 toilets. Open storage shed, fish cleaning facility, enclosed yard, plenty of room for the boat.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - double, bed 4 - 1 x tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) plus 1 x bunk.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond.

Coobowie is a small relaxed coastal town with a general store/takeaway, and hotel.

*MAY & WINTER OFF PEAK SPECIAL - 1st May to 31st August* excludes long weekends and school holidays

15% discount on May and Winter off peak nightly tariff for bookings 3 nights or more

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$180 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$180 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay

Great place to stay

The views from the lounge are great the beach acces is great to. Very quite and peaceful location the traffic on the road is not good for young children though unless the gate is closed other then that good place to stay

Great Stay

Superb waterfront location and a beautiful garden out the back. We loved our stay here. FYI one of the bedrooms is a walkway to another so no privacy for people in that room.

Beach front stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely location, views and gardens, huge array of games, beds were comfortable and it was very quite.Property needs some maintenance/deep clean, small amount of mold growing in the shower, behind kitchen sink and unsure if its just dirt or mold in most the windows around the property. For the cost of the property providing oil, sugar salt and pepper should be bare minimum it was pretty inconvenient having to bring these basics. We did however love our holiday and great memories.

We have been to this property twice in recent years it is well situated and comfortable, we have no issues with the setup and cleanliness of the house .

A great place for a quiet escape or a fun family experience

Well equipped kitchen new bathroom with second toilet and enough bedrooms and beds for 2 families. Very private garden at the rear of the home with a lush lawn and a beautiful private oasis full of flowering plants and healthy green ferns. A perfect place for kids to play with lots of room for off road parking etc. We had a great time very relaxing place with shops, fuel and cafe's within 5kms.

Relaxing holiday

The house was beautiful, clean and well set up. Excellent views of the beach from the loungeroom. Beautiful areas front and back dependent on weather. The garden is magnificent.. We also loved our hosts (2 very friendly and talkative magpies). Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful property.

Everything was very clean and had a very homey feel, lots of extras to make your vacation a success.Very easy access to the beach and a short drive to town.Lovely relaxing holiday and great for the children.

House was spotless when arrived and nicely presented. Beds were comfy which was a bonus. Everything we needed was there at the accomadation. We will definitely be back, for another family holiday.

Fantastic for a summer break

We really enjoyed the house and environment. The house is very clean and big enough for 2-3 families. Kitchen is new with lots of cookware, utensils, cutlery, plates, cups, mugs and glasses. Beds are with plenty of quilts. Birds visited us every day in the front or background. Kids played board games in door, and sports in the backyard. Have recommended to friends.

It’s central to most of the fishing towns, quiet enough even tho it’s on a main road. It’s well equipped and has a great view. Walks on the beach are nice as is sitting out the back watching the bird life while having a drink.

Coobowie comfort

We (6 of us) had a fun and relaxing time. The cleaners could pay a little more attention to dust on window sills but overall the place was as we expected. Supplying linen towels etc would be a real boost for your ratings especially for travelers just moving around from place to place. It might sound like a whinge but I don't mean it to be We would definitely stay again thank you

Very small

Very small - there were enough beds for 11 people but would be no room to sit to eat ir relax. Wasn’t as clean as expected- windows were dirty and outdoor table and chairs were dirty and not clean. Is suitable for a family who enjoy fishing.

Easter egg of the place- do yourself a favour and watch the travel vids on the usb drive connected... this lovely young lady 'Sarah' has done an amazing job documenting her travels. Before you consider watching one of their many DVD's, watch her movie 'Africa and the Middle East', so professionally filmed and edited, a real gem. Sarah if you're out there - you're amazing!Booking process very easy and friendly. Will definitely book again :) Thank you.
