Sea La Vu - Cliff top Sea Views - Winter Off Peak Special!

SEA LA VU is a beautiful modern executive holiday home that accommodates up to 10 guests and is situated on a cliff top with panoramic sea views.

Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, dining, living area with TV with USB port, DVD, digital radio/CD player. Main bedroom with queen bed, walkin in robes and ensuite, main bathroom with full size bath and shower, separate w/c. Bedroom 2 - queen bed, bedroom 3 - 2 king single beds, bedroom 4 - 1 bunk. Laundry with sink and front loader washing machine.

Ducted evaporative air-conditioner. Gas heating in lounge area.

Double doors in the dining/living area open out to a paved undercover area with outdoor setting and hooded gas BBQ where you can sit, relax enjoy a wine or drink of your choice and take in the beautiful sea views.

Fish cleaning facility.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 king singles, bed 4 - 2 bunks.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Stansbury is a small sea side town with an excellent beach, hotel, playground, cafe, post office, butcher, chemist, service station, IGA, museum, information centre and golf course.

Garage not for use

No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

15% discount on Winter off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more

Nightly tariffs- cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees will apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$295 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$250 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$200 per night

Second visit

This is the second time we have stayed here! It’s such a great location, and the house is clean and well furnished. The only thing was this time we had a lot of trouble with spiders, etc! Easily fixed with bug spray, but annoying. It’s great for families and larger groups of people too, with two bathrooms (one is an ensuite).

Relaxing

Wonderful location and a lovely relaxing time. A few minor improvements would make it even better. General maintenance- weeding, enough glasses for visitors ( ie six adults, should have six wine glasses). Visitor books and useful hints and brochures would help. Check light globes ( or have spares) - broom/ dustpan and cleaning clothes/ scouters would have been handy Small things to improve overall stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea La Vu is exactly as shown in the photos, probably even nicer. We stayed as a family of 6 adults, grandparents, parents and adult children and found there was ample room for all of us. The master bedroom was amazing with the location in the house giving more privacy. The view from the back of the house was breath-taking and we could watch the boats going in and out and also clearly see the jetty. Will definitely look to book again.

With its spectacular cliff top sea views, its home away from home feel and just far enough away to be far enough away this holiday home is certainly one to be experienced. It fits our family nicely with room for friends if needed and has every creature comfort needed for our holiday. It's why we like to return each year. Sea La Vu, we will be back.

Sea-La Vue

A fantastic holiday accommodation for a larger family, plenty of beds, all nice and comfy, large main bedroom and onsuite with walk in dressing room, fantastic summertime views overlooking Gulf St Vincent, close to the jetty and town centre. Need attention 1.) Dishwasher does not work and has not been cleaned inside (we all pay a cleaners fee that is part of their job for the next lot of people who holiday there.) 2.) A light over the fish cleaning area would be handy, after a late return from fishing.

Perfect for large family or group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay recently when we attended a wedding in the area. The house has all the amenities you need including an iron and washing machine. We did have to bring our own sheets and pillow cases but for the price we paid I feel that it was a fair value. The house has great heating and cooling which was needed in mid September! Would definitely recommend.
