Downtown Townhouse Near Rupp Arena

A modern 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome that is the ideal spot for UK basketball games, a weekend at Keeneland, or spending time in Lexington on business. In a historic neighborhood, a few blocks from Rupp Arena and downtown Lexington's attractions.

The Space

Our remodeled 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhome is a short walk to downtown Lexington, Rupp Arena, and a 10 minute drive to Keeneland. The townhome has two bedrooms, each Queen bed has a new mattress and an ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms have been completely renovated. A queen airbed is available if needed to comfortably sleep 6. The Roku TV has Hulu, Netflix, and HBO.

Guest Access

Guest will have the entire 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome during their stay. The townhome has a small, fenced in back patio with a table and four chairs to relax after a long day.

We are available as needed to make sure you enjoy your stay and experience all Lexington has to offer.

The Neighborhood

The Woodward Heights neighborhood is a historic district in downtown Lexington. It is a 5 minute walk from Rupp Arena and a 10 minute walk to downtown Lexington's many restaurants and attractions.

Getting Around

A city bus stop is a block away, or walk across the Jefferson street bridge to catch Lexington's free downtown trolley which will take you directly to West Sixth Brewery - or to many other destinations in Lexington's restaurant district. The townhome is within walking distance of Alltech Lexington Brewing and Distilling (across the street) and Country Boy Brewery. Airport and Keeneland Race Track are an easy 10 minute drive.

Other Things to Note

One car can park in front of the townhome. The rest may park on the street, which is safe.

My dad and I had a wonderful stay here. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything we wanted to do. It was the perfect spot for a long weekend together, and we really enjoyed having a cozy place to come back to after exploring the city. Communication was easy and check-in was simple. We would definitely stay again.

It was as advertised and expected. Some little issues. Compressor on HVAC system making noise on arrival but owner was quick to send a tech out to repair.

Great Location for March Madness

Our group loved the location of this house and the easy walk to Rupp Arena. The house could use some dusting and cleaning but all in all everything was great. The host was great at communicating before and during our stay. He also had great recommendations on places to visit. Our group also went to Buffalo Trace which was about a 40 minute drive. Our group will stay here again for our next visit to town.

Close to Rupp!

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation and it was great! Parking was tight for a large vehicle but that was the only issue. The owner was very responsive to any questions or issues.

Thanksgiving Stay

My husband and I came to Lexington with our 11 month old to visit family for Thanksgiving. This place was a gem! Great location and a very responsive host. The place was clean and the rooms are super spacious. It also has a lovely little patio, but it was too cold for us to enjoy this trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Trip

We booked this condo for a short weekend trip to Lexington. The condo was conveniently located, and had everything we needed. We did find some dirty pans that were not washed prior to our arrival, but were able to use after cleaning them. Parking could be an issue if you have more than 1 vehicle. Luckily for us, the condo next door was unoccupied, so we could use their spaces in addition to our 1 spot. Overall a good experience!

Excellent Location

My 2 adult sons and I were in town for distillery tours and the UGA-Kentucky football game. Excellent neighborhood and very convenient to downtown. Would definitely recommend this property.

The place is filthy and not maintained

Furniture and bedding are as cheap and worn as you can get, but the worst was how absolutely disgusting the place was. The dishwasher wasnā€™t dealt with and full, the pans are rusty and disorganized. I reached in to grab a pan and one was slimy. The furniture was falling through and you sat on the frame. I had to use 3 pillows because they were paper thin. There was a brown hair stuck to the bathroom wall, a booger on the shower curtain. I decided to get my up flashlight out and it was vomit inducing. Stains on the floor, couch, all over the walls and toilets. Before you claim that was cleaning product, it wasnā€™t streaked like a cleaning spray would be after being wiped down. The kitchen was horrendous, bathrooms especially around the toilets were terrifying. The bedroom door looked like it had been kicked in the way the door jam and trim were busted. WiFi sucked and the TV was so slow loading Netflix I had time to walk to the kitchen and grab a drink and back before the load screen even turned on. Do everything you can to avoid this dump. I have photos of all of these issues to prove it. Maybe the owner was unaware as he mentioned a cleaning crew, but that also means he doesnā€™t check in and hold them accountable.

Moving day for UK student

We loved the convenience of the location, more than anything! We could easily walk to our daughterā€™s new apartment right off the Uk campus. We enjoyed the local bars and restaurants and were able to walk to everything. We appreciated the fact that each bedroom had their own bathroom and there was a half bathroom downstairs near the kitchen

Trip to Lexington Area

This was a great location for our trip. We were visiting the UK campus, Louisville and the Red River Gorge. We walked to campus and restaurants. It was a quick drive to the Kentucky Horse Park. The townhouse was clean and comfortable. It was really nice to have a bathroom for each of the bedrooms. The courtyard was not kept up as well. We like to cook in as well as eat out. The cookware was limited. It was our first time renting in Kentucky so code may not require it but there were no smoke detectors. The WiFi didn't work well. I didn't have enough bandwidth to upload files. I didn't contact the host because I could use my hot spot for the short time I needed it. The TV worked well.

Just okay

Apparently they are sharing WiFi with another unit. After 4 hours they were able to get a hold of the other renters and have them reboot the router. They advertised that they offered Hulu and other services which to them means that the tv had that app where you could log into your own account. Disappointing. The unit was okay, beds were noisy and not very comfortable. There were stray hairs in the shower wall and bathroom wall. It was well located but we decided to drive to the distillery district because of the busy streets in the area.

UK Graduation

Super nice townhome within walking distance of Rupp Arena for UK's graduation. Everything is well maintained and comfortable. The host was great with communication. I'll warn you - it's a little hard to find. We missed the complex entrance twice before we finally figured it out. Overall a great experience and we'd stay here again.
