Nestled between Port Elliot & Victor Harbor, this ideal south coast property is perfect for a small group or family.



Just 200m from the beach, it's a short walk down through Eatts place to the glorious clean sandy surf beach of Port Elliot.

Featuring a combined living & dining room & a fully stocked kitchen, you will feel at home.



The living room has 2 x 2-seat sofa's with an LCD TV for relaxing in the evening, but if you're by the beach why not just go & enjoy the sunset.



Bedrooms 1 & 2 both have a Queen bed & a Double Bed, & Bedroom three has 2 singles, all rooms have blinds to darken the room so you can sleep in while on holiday!



The property also includes a BBQ so you can enjoy the gorgeous weather outside!



Port Elliot is well known for its Beaches, why not take the opportunity to learn to surf with one of the local surf schools. Just a short drive to the stunning Horseshoe Bay in Port Elliot, with crystal clear waters, a sheltered bay with lawns, playgrounds & sand perfect for the kids.



Victor Harbor is located just a 5 minute drive away; a hot tourist destination. Enjoy the walking trail of Granite Island or climb the Bluff, visit the whale centre, or play mini golf at Dunes mini golf by the horse drawn tram.

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

Fab little shack, quick walk to the beach. Beds were comfy. BBQ was rather dirty when we went to use it & a few trails of ants around but we loved out stay

Cottage was adequate and comfortable. It may have benefitted from access to Wi-Fi but we were able to watch a movie and the children were fully occupied.

Property was ok but we were on kangaroo island for 3 days with no internet so…did not get email which said we needed to bring our own linen…arrived after 500 so ended up going to big w to buy sheets and towels… a bit disappointing….

Dear Helen, We are sorry that you had to purchase linen, however the property listing does state that linen is not included so you must either provide your own or hire it from Victor Linen. Pt Elliot mini break

Just wanted to make a few comments about our stay which was quite beautiful. We've had a lovely time. An easy walk to the beach, an easy drive into Elliot and to Victor Harbour and lots of places to walk, rummage and paddle our feet. Just some comments about the cleaning/cleaners. They could do with some feedback eg*The rug in the main lounge had a literal beach of sand underneath it, not something we needed to be responsible for.*The base of the shower screen is mouldy and needs a serious scrub!*l have lifted and left the couch cushions up because again not something we made a mess of but evidently no one has vacuumed under in forever. *there was an empty toilet role under a dresser in one of the double rooms, there was fluff everywhere. And, as the place is supposed to be professionally cleaned l don’t believe it is guest’s responsibility to vacuum floors or clean down the basins etc (but nor should they be left disgusting)Just felt these thing needed to be noted We did have a really lovely time and would happily return but with the hope that the place was a little cleaner. Ps some of the blind pulleys need some work too. Thanks againPolly and Pauly

Cosy light filled cottage

Well laid out cottage with all the comforts of home. A short drive to either the Strand Port Elliot, or back into Victor Harbor, and an easy walk to the beach and bikeway. Awesome rural views from the back deck.

Comfortable and Relaxed Light-filled Cottage

Excellent proximity to the beach and bikeway, a couple of minutes into The Strand at Port Elliot, or back to Victor Harbor by car. The property is beautifully presented and very comfortable, well laid out open plan living / kitchen with easy access to the back deck. We loved the beautiful rural views from the back deck and the cosy eat in kitchen, and we made use of the BBQ.
