Located in the rural suburb of Paraite, Bell Block. 1 bedroom unit / guest house surrounded by fruit trees, space and privacy. All the rural aspects but so close to Bell Block shops and the valley shopping centre.

Modern fully double glazed one bedroom unit. Bedroom with a comfy California King bed. There is also an option for a trundler bed for a 3rd person.
Ensuite bathroom, Kitchen, TV and DVD player with Freeview. Walk out of the lounge onto a patio/deck looking out to an orchard of fruit trees listen to the numerous birds singing or the horses next door.
Linen and towels provided
off street parking in front of attached garage on unit however garage can not be used.
8 mins to the airport
8 mins to the valley shopping centre
9 mins to the beach
5 mins to bell block shops and the warehouse
15 mins to Pukekura Park

Guest have full access to the unit (not attached garage) and garden/orchard area

Other things to note

Unit is accessed via our main driveway and as we have 3 children a dog, free range chickens and cows in the paddock, the gate over the driveway is automatic, a code will be given to you prior to arrival and will be closed at all times for safety reasons.
Must be ok with Dogs - our dog (a small spoodle) may occasionally wander down to the unit. He is nervy and will sometimes bark at strangers but means no harm. We try to keep him away for your stay.

No parties, gatherings or guest of any kind as this is private property and our home

Wifi - Free wifi. The signal comes from the main house

We are open to negotiate the stay of pets depending on circumstances. Must be NON SHEDDING pets only. There will be an extra $45 fee added on to the cleaning fee due to using extra products/cleaning after a pet has been in the unit. However any pets are to be prior approved with us BEFORE booking.
