Treetops is a 3 bed, 2 bath home situated up amongst the trees in the heart of Kangaroo Valley village.The large entertaining deck enjoys complete privacy whilst offering sweeping views across valley and is the perfect place to meet the friendly local birds.
The open plan living and dining area has cathedral ceilings, reverse duct air conditioning and a combustion log fire making Treetops the ideal country escape whatever the season. For your convenience we supply complimentary firewood upon arrival; May to September. The lounge room offers comfortable lounge seating for six with a TV and DVD player, a library of DVD's and books and family games.
The master bedroom is loft style with a queen bed and offers a private balcony with stunning views across the valley and escarpment. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a newly added en-suite bathroom and the third bedroom has a double bed. All rooms are beautifully light and airy with fans for the summer and heaters and extra cosy blankets for the cooler months.
The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower plus there are two further toilets.
The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the entertaining deck and features new appliances including a dishwasher. In addition, the deck has a Weber barbeque for alfresco cooking and dining.
Treetops is situated in the village with its quaint collection of cafes, shops and the local pub.
Please note that access is via a set of stairs.

Mid week pricing applicable for Monday to Thursday only
Mid week rates do not apply to any bookings that includes a Friday/Saturday or Sunday night
Weekly pricing rates offered do not apply for a Saturday to Saturday stay (crossing 2 weekends)

The rates calculated by this website are estimates only and may not include discounts or special rates. Rates are based on 2 guests then per person up to 6 guests. All rates will be checked by our staff.
- Please note a non-refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.
- Special is not available on long weekends, School Holidays or Christmas/New Year period.
- A Security Bond is processed as a credit card pre-authorisation with all bookings.
