The Space
- Two double bedrooms (one larger), a bright living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom - Storage in the primary bedroom is limited as wardrobe space is in use, but hangers are available for the over-the-door hooks. The wardrobe in the secondary bedroom is largely free for your use. - Large windows overlooking a quiet courtyard and nearby playground, providing a peaceful retreat after a day exploring the city - Fresh linens, towels, and cleaning supplies provided - the flat is ready for you to check in and relax - Enjoy my collection of books, CDs, and local décor touches that give the flat character and warmth

- Set on the 5th floor of a renowned Lubetkin modernist building (with lifts) - a treat for architecture enthusiasts! - 12-minute walk to King's Cross Station (Eurostar, National Rail, Underground & buses) - Easy access to Euston, Angel, Caledonian Road & Barnsbury stations - Walking distance to the British Museum, British Library, Wellcome Collection, Regent's Canal, Granary Square, and a variety of independent shops, cafés, and restaurants - Excellent transport links to all of London's major attractions

- High-speed fibre-optic WiFi with unlimited downloads - Nearby Waitrose for groceries, plus local markets and specialty shops - Building quiet hours: 10pm–7:30am (normal coming-and-going, showering, or light cooking is fine) - This is my lived-in home - you'll find it well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay

Check-in & Contact Check-in is arranged in advance. Either I or a trusted friend will greet you and show you around. I remain available throughout your stay via the platform or messaging apps.

External Works Notice Please note that scaffolding has been erected around sections of the building for ongoing inspections and essential repairs to the exterior panels. The works do not affect access or the interior of the flat. You may hear occasional noise during standard weekday hours (typically 9am–5pm). I'll keep you updated and ensure a comfortable stay.

Straluva is a great host. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and cleaning up. The location was just perfect. Wonderful restaurants a few minutes walk away. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk to or from St Pancras/Kings Cross station with Tesco market about the halfway point, and a smaller market less than a block away. The mattresses weren’t great and could use toppers to make them better. The second bedroom didn’t have any closet space and only one empty drawer. The bathroom tub took a bit of getting used to. It’s a big deep tub with a bit of exaggerated u shape. There was not a lot of space in front of the toilet with the wall so close to it. All in all a perfect location by the canals, and We would stay there again

The location is fantastic. Great neighborhood and easy to use public transport. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. My husband and son are both 195cm. Tall and large men. I am a tall woman. The men did not fit on the beds, making it hard for them to sleep. And hard for me to share a small bed with my large husband. The beds are quite small and would be great for small people. Or for just 2 or 3 people so beds are not shared.
