RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY

Property accommodates 10 persons (8 adults and 2 children)

This property is an outstanding holiday rental with all amenities on hand. The entrance hall leads upstairs into a spacious open plan lounge area and majestic dining room with seating for 8 persons. Patio doors lead out to the terraces with beautiful views to the sea and the island of La Gomera.

From the lounge a small corridor leads to an additional luxury 4 piece bathroom and two beautifully refurbished double room and twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes. From the dining area an open staircase leads down to two further refurbished bedrooms. The twin bedroom has full luxury unsuited facilities and the second double large bedroom incorporates fitted wardrobes with another luxury bathroom adjacent. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, coffee maker, juicer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, etc. The kitchen leads to a further luxury bathroom and to the outside dining terrace. Externally there is a beautiful heated (during winter months) pool completely private and not overlooked with ample terracing for sun worshippers with all day sun. There are large garden areas with a Canarian theme and a purpose built barbecue and dining area with pergola. There is an additional rooftop sun terrace with impressive sea views to the island of La Gomera. This is simply a stunning property suitable for families or couples. Outside grounds are very spacious to accommodate our guests with relaxation areas and table tennis area on the front terrace.

There is a beautiful new beach at the foot of the village with a brand new restaurant and beach bar with sun loungers. In the village of Callao Salvaje you will also find shops, restaurants, excursion and exchange facilities, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks and French bakery.

Golf details: There are numerous golf resorts located within 10 min of the property, namely the new Abama resort and the Costa Adeje golf resort. The off times can be organized as well as car hire, etc.

Aventura Medieval no Castillo San Miguel é uma boa opção para curtir a vida noturna e Siam Park um passeio interessante para fazer com as crianças. The villa was amazing with so much space and panoramic views of the sea, mountains and neighbouring La Gonera. The four bathrooms were a welcome bonus as there were 8 of us staying at the property. The villa was well stocked with all equipment needed inside and outside and the pool was well used. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance of the villa and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The owner John was so helpful and was keen to ensure that we were happy with everything and provided great support and assistance. I would highly recommend the property.

Family Holiday

Fantastic property with plenty of room. Good location close to restaurants for the evenings. Nice beaches nearby, John the owner and Stephen the manger were both fantastic.

Beautiful villa with a convenient location

We had a wonderful stay in this 4 bedroom villa near Adeje. Check-in and out worked perfectly and the villa had all we needed with a quiet location but with an easy access to all the main attractions. The villa was well equipped with lovely terraces and pool. Highly recommended to families.

A great stay!!!

A beautiful villa, very comfortable and very well equipped. It has a very nice and large typical Canarian garden, with many different corners and good views. We have enjoyed our stay very much! Recommended 100%!!

Amazing stay

We had an amazing time staying in the villa with friends for 11 nights. There were 8 of us in total and a perfect size The villa is exactly as listed and perfect for young families and friends We had a fantastic time and we loved all the outdoor space for eating and drinking The roof terrace is absolutely beautiful and perfect for watching the sun rise and set each day We highly recommend it, the pool is a great size. so lovely a clean and great communication from the host Just prefect and only a 10 minute walk to the local village

Brilliant stay!

Great villa with lots of space and good location to walk to the beach, shops etc. Our contact Stephen was very helpful and responded quickly with any queries we had. He organised some shopping for us as were arriving late to the villa on arrival. Overall great villa and would defiantly be looking to be coming back again.

Great relaxing location

The property is lovely, so many different areas to relax or sunbath. Pool was lovely and warm. Bedrooms are spacious and so many bathrooms which were all clean! Overall the area the Villa is situated is 5 minutes walk to the local town with bars and supermarkets. The villa Bella is a must for family’s or large groups that do not want a loud party surrounding area. Will stay again.

Superb villa

A lovely spacious villa in quiet location short walk downhill to sea shops and restaurants, bit of a trek back! Lovely size heated pool and lots of sitting areas. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Loads of room for 8 adults bit of a squash for 6 adults and 3 teenagers but we managed..

We are 4 couples who go away every January to Lanzarote but decided on a change of island and accommodation type, booked a villa for a change instead of hotels! Found this villa on VRBO and we was absolutely delighted with all the processes of booking BUT this villa is beautiful and a credit to the owners. Every room was faultless as was the garden and pool area! Will be going there again! Highly recommended 👍

An excellent well appointed and well managed property in a quiet location near facilities.

Them property facilities need updating ti a degree but are generally good. A few additions to kitchen equipment would be helpful such as garlic press, lemon squeezer and larger casserole and saucepan to cater for eight adults. These are minor issues.

Great villa for good and relaxing holidays in family

The villa provides all the required to spend very good and relaxing holidays in family. It is located in a quiet place but near from shops, restaurants, beaches, etc... The plus of the villa are the beautiful views, the heated pool, the garden and the fact that it has many different private outdoor area. The children have spent lot of time everyday in the pool. We just had a problem with the pool during one day as it has started to turn green, but the pool man has quickly come to check, so the problem has been fully fixed in one day after we have raised it to Stephen. We would be pleased to come back again.

Spacious house with nice, heated pool

We traveled 2 families (8 persons). We really got what we were looking for: space, quite surroundings, a fine clean heated pool for the kids. A small supermarket 5 min walk away. Despite a sandstorm had hit the island and closed the airport a few days before our arrival, the house including terraces and pool had been cleaned impressively. Issues with the water was fixed swiftly- turned out to be sand clotting the filter in the fittings. By car you reach the perfect beach at Los Christianos in 15-20 min. Shopping malls within 10-15 min. Don’t miss to visit Masca - incredibly views on the way- we went there around 6pm and the light from the sun setting was spectacular. You can dine in Santiago del Teide on the way back. All in all highly recommendable.

Lovely villa

We were a party of 4 couples, so the layout of 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom worked well for us. All the seating areas actually had room for 8, unlike some other places we considered!!! Kitchen was fine, though could do with more sockets, and dishwasher very handy. We did an internet shop from Mercadona to arrive our first afternoon. We appreciated the large fridge too. I think a couple of the shower heads could do with replacing, but other than that everything was in good shape. The outdoor spaces in particular were lovely - we made good use of the pool, bbq and fire pit; unfortunately the Feb weather was mixed but we had some sun each day. The walk into town was short, but a bit more strenuous on the way home! Pouls car hire provided us with an eight-seater minibus for an economical trip up Mount Teide; otherwise large taxis were sometimes tricky to get hold of.

Beautiful luxury spacious 4 bed villa Costa Adeje with a heating pool".. Star Star Star Star Star This is a gem of a property in a great location, perfect for 1 large family or 2 smaller. Around the property there are 5 great outside spaces, court yard table tennis, pool side, BBQ dining area, a 2nd dining area to the side of the property with another BBQ and soft seating and a large roof terrace with great sea and mountain views, so plenty of areas to have a quiet moment, sunbath or family dining. The inside is spacious and well laid out again with the option to all be together or have a quiet moment. The kitchen was very well equipped with all that we needed. The shopping service offered was a nice touch. There is no A/C but there were plenty of fans, this did not detract from our experience even with 26 degree temperatures but just something to bear in mind for the hotter summer months. The location is very good just a short walk down the hill to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. This is very much a family focus area which was ideal for us. Owner and Manager were very welcoming and communicated as often as we needed which was not a lot as most things were answered by the detailed information pack. Alles zeer royaal

Prachtig huis. Alle ruimtes zeer royaal uitgevoerd. Alles ruimschoots aanwezig ( bestek, servies, handdoeken etc). 2 grote eettafels buiten, 1 grote binnen. Prima contact met John ( verhuurder) en Stephen ( locatie manager). Lekker ( verwarmd) zwembadje , mooi terras bij het zwembad, daarnaast nog 4 (!) terrassen, een groot dakterras met leuk uitzicht , 2 balkons. 1 king, 1 queen, 2 slaapkamers met 2 singles ( niet mogelijk om ze tegen elkaar aan te schuiven). Wij hebben zeer genoten van deze woning.

Deuxième fois dans cette villa magnifique. Tout ça est propice à passer de bonnes vacances.

Notre famille apprécie énormément cette jolie villa. Et nous adorons les couchers de soleil du solarium. Notre hôte est très attentif aux moindres détails. La situation de la maison est privilégié .pour nous tous un coup de coeur.

Zum zweiten Mal da

Wir waren in diesem Jahr wieder mit unserer Familie (6 Erwachsene und vier kleine Kinder) in der Villa. Alles okay und sauber, einiges ist renoviert worden. Allerdings sind nur noch 6 Esszimmerstühle vorhanden, das Besteck reicht nicht für 10 Personen. Ansonsten haben wir das Haus und das große Gelände wieder genossen.

We hebben genoten in Villa Bella. Prachtig gelegen vanaf de rooftop met uitzicht op enerzijds de Teide en anderzijds het eiland La Gomera. Op loopafstand van een leuk rustig dorpje met een paar goede restaurants en 2 franse bakkers voor heerlijk vers brood in de ochtend. Ik zou deze villa met een prachtige tuin met vele zitjes zeker aan iedereen aanraden!

Schönes Haus, toller kleiner Pool, der wegen seiner Heizung für die kleinen Kinder sehr attraktiv war. Küche gut ausgestattet, aber Besteck zu knapp. Bei Problemen war der Hausverwalter Stephen stets schnell hilfsbereit.

Superb Villa for a stay in Tenerife

This was our first return to the Villa Bella after Covid, having used the villa every year from 2014 to 2019. The villa has always been clean, tidy, well maintained and close to nearby amenities. We were pleased to see that nothing had deteriorated and the Villa was as we remembered with some improvements outside to make your stay even more enjoyable. The numerous outdoor seating areas are particularly useful, the pool is a good size and very clean. The best thing I can say is that we will return again next year as its a superb base for a holiday in Tenerife.

A beautiful spacious accommodation. We went as family of 9 age range 11-61. Everyone was blown away by the lovely property. It has easy parking right outside the house which is situated on a quiet road. You enter the property on the ground floor where there are 2 bedrooms, a large double bedroom with a superking bed and sofa with double doors leading to an outside terrace the shower is situated next door, the other bedroom is a twin with an on suite shower room Upstairs you’ll find the dining area With a large table and chairs to seat 8, and a sofa, patio doors opening up to a balcony overlooking the terrace at the front on the house, the lounge area has a further 2 sofa’s a beautiful large wooden coffee table, bookcase with books, a large TV English Channels, sky sport and loads more. Off the lounge are a further 2 bedrooms a double with access to its own balcony and a twin, both bedrooms have access to another two bathrooms one with shower over bath and the other with a shower, all bedrooms are beautiful decorated and have plenty of storage. The kitchen is well equipped it has everything you need, including an American style fridge freezer, coffee maker, juicer and toaster. The outside area is amazing it wraps itself around the house on a couple of levels and comprises of different seating areas and zones, the garden, the swimming pool and bbq, and several sun terraces. The walk into town takes about 12mins where you can find a variety of restaurants, shops.
