Hot and humid loft in summertime

Property manager and office staff were wonderful, however I would not recommend staying here in the summer . It’s simply too hot. The loft area is too hot to sleep in the summer. The air conditioner is located downstairs and there is no air flow to the sleeping loft. You will not be able to rest. They provide a fan that your suppose to keep on downstairs to push up the air , not helpful. Felt like a sauna in the loft area.

Great place to stay

My daughter & I enjoyed our stay at the Seoul Loft. The management team was great at accommodating our needs. The loft was nice, comfortable and beautiful as in the photos but the 2nd floor loft with the beds was hotter than the main floor even with the AC on, but they got us a fan that helped tremendously. We needed a blender and they found us one. They were very responsive and kind. It’s a great place for someone needing a place to work and enjoy Seoul. The only 2 things I want other travelers to know are: 1. If you love to cook (which is the main reason why we chose a VRBO instead of a hotel) and plan on cooking a lot, this place as most VRBO places do not have extensive cooking tools or equipment like a mixer, colander, citrus juicer, sharp knives, large pasta pot, storage containers,…and cooking space is minimal. 2. If you are planning to shop alot, for groceries or clothing, this place is not near lots of food and shopping, you can use a taxi to get around, but Kakao taxi is not convenient for non residents in Korea without a local number (if you get a local number you can register that number to have access to more taxi options). There is a local bus right in front to drop you off at a nearby subway station but it’s helpful to know the bus schedule. Or it’s a 15 min walk to the subway station. I would still highly recommend this place for general travelers as long as they are not planning on spending alot of time cooking and shopping! 🤗
