Newly renovated house sitting on a big lot welcomes you to enjoy on the front porch and back yard. High end finish with granite countertop and stainless steel appliance in the kitchen, ceiling lights in all common spaces. All rooms are good size with walking closet. Extra air bed available for the common space. Over 140+ TV channel with high speed internet. The home is located 6 miles from Bridgestone Arena in Downtown Nashville & 7 miles to the Airport! The permit number 2/018076990. There is another unit in the other side of the house with separate entrance for rental. The front yard and the driveway will be shared for parking.

Very nice

Very nice place. The king bed sinks some in the middle so you roll together.

Thanks for your comments. The bed was totally fine before the check in. I checked with the guests to see how everything went after they checked in. The guests replied everything was fine and didn’t mention the issue at all. There’s one screw of the bed leg dropped. It’s fixed right away once it’s been noticed after they checked out.

Everything but the couch!

In the pictures, it showed 2 couches. One in the foyer when you walked in (looked like a futon), and one in the main living room that was a small black sectional. It fit our group perfectly. BUT when we arrived, the futon wasn't there. They'd left an air mattress but the air mattress only held air for about 15 minutes before beginning to deflate. That was the only disappointing part of the trip. I wish we had known the futon was gone and we would've brought our own air mattress.

Good neighborhood, close to downtown.

The host was very responsive to my questions. The house was clean, however there is very limited seating in the living room and the back deck was in disrepair. We wanted to sit outside more but their wasn’t enough chairs (3 and one broken).

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

Checking in and out was incredibly easy, and the host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was clean and only 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. We enjoyed our stay!

Dirty, unsafe, and sketchy neighborhood (Uber drivers said they rarely go to this neighborhood)

Less than ideal communication on the day of check in to the dirtiness and griminess of the floors and cupboards, to the futon being at the end of the driveway, the broken chain link fence, the gaps in the floor boards, the shoddy overall interior, poor water pressure anytime more than one water thing was turned on, gross shower liners, the dirty plates/pans/silverware IN the cupboards (we bought our own paper plates, utensils, and plastic cups to use as the supplied items were just gross) and that it was NOT disclosed that there is a long term renter on site. Not to mention there were old marijuana cigarettes and some unknown “thing” growing in a dish in the backyard, which in itself had trash all over the place. We were shocked when we came across the long term renter as we did not know he was there and had we, we would not have chosen this place - he also was quite creepy as he would stare for up to 5 minutes out his window at us when we would go to our car. We had a strange man knocking on our door late at night, asking to party and to see the “two boys who lived there” - bear in mind there were 4 women in this group of 5 that stayed in this rental. We felt so unsafe that we put chairs underneath the door handles to block someone from entering. Wanted to share as we felt this was an unsafe and quite frankly disappointing experience for our group. I did contact the owner prior to reviewing as I wanted to give an opportunity to try to take some of the sting out of this very poor experience, particularly because of the undisclosed on site tenant and the safety issues we felt this presented we asked for partial refund (ideally we would want it all back as this was just such a poor experience for us but we also know that there are expenses to cover). Owner simply said they would clean, remove the futon and fix the chain link fence, and that they assume that when renters put dishes away that they are clean. Also said she would have the floor gaps fixed (multiple all over the place - like 1/2” gaps). Seriously DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! There are much better options. I wish I could post pictures as we do have proof of all the claims I’ve made here.

Clean house and attentive host

Booked this property for a family trip to be together for Thanksgiving. The house was clean and everything worked. The host was very attentive through the website chat function. The location was very convenient for my needs. I was happy with the experience.

Girls weekend!

The place was clean and we had a wonderful time. The only thing that needs attention is the water pressure was low in one bathroom. Over all it’s a nice place to stay.

5 friends comfortable stay

Comfy cozy stay

We had a wonderful week at this property. It's very cozy and feels like home. It is equipped with just about anything you will need. The property manager was also very informative and nice. I can't say there was one bad thing about our trip. I would definitely book again if I make another trip to TN.

Exactly what we needed

We enjoyed our stay. We would stay again. We had 8 girls in our group for a girls trip. Very convenient to everything and downtown. Very clean and plenty of linens for our stay. Check in was simple The only thing I can say that was negative was upon arrival and check in I receive a message further explains process of check in and check out. I was unaware that this property was a duplex type property, not a full house to ourselves. So we were provided with “quiet time hours” which were not unreasonable by no means 11pm-8am. We were there to have fun, go out and laugh be loud as we wanted Without having a quiet hour time. We are a bunch of loud Talking and laughing ladies 😂 Which is why we booked, we thought it was one property. It was just not in the description of property. Luckily no one had rented the other side that same weekend so we were fine. Also the parking was kinda weird since there was another side to rent, we had to park in the grass and the other tenants would park in the driveway, so it could’ve been an issue if others had been there that weekend as far as us getting in and out of the fenced in yard. Just wish it would say this in the description upon renting. I’m glad it all worked out! Overall a great property!

Beds were comfortable, short Uber ride to downtown, and overall the rental met our needs. However, attention to detail and cleanliness could have been improved. Attention to detail examples: no paper toweling and only one towel in the kitchen, no rugs/ bath mats for getting out of shower, several things that needed fixing, such as front screen door, paint touch up, and the ceiling in the bathroom. Cleanliness examples: front of TV screen filthy with child fingerprints (we were traveling with 4 adults), found broken broom under kitchen table upon our arrival, floor under sofa and beds had obviously not been cleaned since the previous renters. We enjoyed our stay, but some things were in need of attention.

Great Home for a Nashville Visit

This home was one great VRBO find. The inside is exactly how the pictures look. GREAT beds (super comfortable) and awesome kitchen! Though the outside could use a little TLC. No biggie though. The backyard is huge and private. The Owner also provided laundry soap, shower soap, and shampoo. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Jun!

Cozy home - would stay again

This home was absolutely perfect! It was stocked with helpful amenities. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The house was clean and well lit. Very spacious. We didn't utilize the backyard but its a great size with deck and chairs. The neighborhood is quiet. Jun was very responsive during our stay. One recommendation is to have a body mirror - ladies need body mirrors lol I would recommend this property and would definitely stay again! Thank you Jun!!
