Bedroom 1 - queen bed plus an extra Smart TV. Bedroom 2 -1 king bed which can be separated into 2 singles. Shower & separate toilet. RC air conditioning upstairs & downstairs.

Down stairs has a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pod machine & a dishwasher. Flat screen TV, DVD player & stereo system. Shutters in the open plan kitchen, dine & lounge room. Bedroom 3 -queen bed, Bedroom 4 -1 king bed which can be separated into 2 singles & Bedroom 5 has 1 single & 1 set of bunks. Shower, bath tub & a separate toilet. Outside laundry room with extra fridge.

Outside has a walk way to the beach, outdoor shower for your sandy feet. Large enclosed yard for the children to play.

The property has pop up sprinklers set on a timer (5-am every morning) Parking area out the front for vehicles & a boat is available. Please note the property doesn't have an internal staircase.

Outside pet is welcome. It is the dog owners responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the yard on the premises. Robe Coastal Holidays cannot guarantee fencing will be suitable match with your pet.

Linen & towels are supplied.

What to Bring- Our properties are fully self-contained, and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid, dish tablet, dish cloth, soap, and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only allow one towel per person. T-towels are provided. Please note we do not make up the bunk beds in any of our properties. Things you will need to bring or purchase throughout your stay: Beach towels, Hair Dryer, Laundry powder (front loading powder is great for top loaders as well as front) Extra bathroom/beach towels and face washers if items supplied listed above do not suit your needs. Throughout your stay you will need more toilet paper, soap and dishwashing products.
