You'll enjoy picturesque views of the beach and Proposal Rock from this first-floor one-level studio condo located in the quiet and beautiful community of Neskowin, Oregon. The condo is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, a Queen Murphy bed with a new queen mattress, and comfortable furnishings.

Located at the popular Neskowin Resort, you are within walking distance of the beach, Hawk Creek Cafe, and the Neskowin Village.

*NOTE: The beach access bridge is sometimes out of service during times of inclement weather. Alternate access can be reached on Breakers Avenue, near the crossing of Salem Avenue.

Beautiful views from both the Murphy bed, which was surprisingly comfortable, and the lanai! Kitchen was well appointed, but don’t forget to bring your own coffee and essentials! Rental staff is courteous, prompt, and efficient!

The location of the property is fantastic. The mattress and couch were older and very uncomfortable. If I was to stay again it would not be more than a week.

The step out to the patio area is very high. Dangerous almost. The cement under the backdoor has pulled away from the foundation making a hazardous step especially if you don't see it or have mobility issues like i do. High steps are difficult to manage.Otherwise, my accommodations were great. Clean , stocked with kitchens items, ect. My first choice when staying in the area. Stayed here many times. And many more in the future One last thing, it would be great if the property would note when the bridge ramp is open or closed.

Very clean, small but cute. The bed was the only issue. Very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise if you moved. It’s a pull down Murphy bed. The pillows were also uncomfortable. If it had a new bed/mattress I’d stay again. Nice beach right in front of condo.

Thank you for staying with us and for the review. I’m sorry your stay didn’t earn five stars. I’m glad you found the condo clean and that you enjoyed the easy beach access. I apologize the Murphy bed and pillows were uncomfortable and noisy — that’s not the experience we want guests to have. We’ll have our maintenance team inspect the bed mechanism and mattress, and we’re evaluating replacement options for the mattress and pillows to improve comfort and reduce noise. Perfect spot for two and a short stay.

This little condo is perfect for a short stay. Small but has all the basic necessities. Great location to beach and other amenities.

Great place for a short getaway

Needed a few days away from the city and this was a nice quiet place to stay. While the accommodations were as expected for a sleepy Oregon coast studio. The view and sunsets were spectacular!

Enjoyed my stay

Wonderful location, easy check-in process and the management company was very helpful and communicative. The only downside was the Murphy bed which was incredibly squeaky, to the point that I ended up trying to sleep on the couch. Overall, would stay here again but probably bring an air mattress to sleep on.

Neskowin Resort Stay

Conveniently located between Pacific City and Lincoln City. Cafe and marketplace are an added bonus. Very close to beach but would have been nice if bridge wasn’t out. A little overpriced for the amenities, but worth considering for your trip to the Neskowin area.

Great little spot in the world.

We had a lovely time at this location. Everything was just as promised, but we dropped a star because of the bed still being very squeaky and the mattress being not very comfortable. It’s about what I would expect for a Murphy bed, but if there were more pillows or something to make it a bit more comfortable that would have been nice.

Getaway...for concert

We stay often in this area, our first time at this place. Our room was very clean, a few minor issues...lightbulb out, and we moved a lamp to have a bedtime reading light, otherwise it was a great place for us and our happy dog. Thanks for the dog towels....... The management was very responsive.

Lovely location

The property needs a step installed to access the small patio. It is a long drop. The Murphy bed was very comfortable, and basic needs were met. And, no, I was not about to strip the bed and start your laundry.
