So many upgrades for 2025'! We have added new LVP flooring throughout, new faucets, new living room furniture, all new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, lots of bedroom furniture upgrades, new upper level deck, all new solid wood doors/ door trim, new upscale ceiling fans, new blinds, new smart TV’s throughout, new paint, rebuilt hot tub(new motor, heater, top plate, and cover), and new heating and air system. Much love and attention has been put into this beach house in the 22/23 off season. We also replaced all mattresses last season and added a refurbished stainless steel front end washer dryer. All customer comments and suggestions have been addressed and mitigated by licensed professional contractors.

Hovey House is located RIGHT ON THE BEACH at Mile Post 2.3. Relax in the private hot tub located on the oceanfront deck at this pet friendly cottage.

*If you would like to alter the days (example Sunday to Sunday) please inform us in your inquiry so that we can try to accommodate.

* If you have more than 10 people for the booking of the property, there will be an additional fee charged per person of $200 by permission.

We must know the exact number of people and pets that will be occupying the home during your stay, and it must be stated in your reservation/on the platform, otherwise you will be evicted. There is No Exception to breaching the contract.

-WHEN IN COMMUICATION THROUGH THE VRBO PLATFORM:
The guest stated under the reservation contract is the only person that may respond to any inquiries or payments.
Any person who is not listed under the reservation contract or who's name is not listed for the booking itself must state/sign off their full name on any inquiry through the VRBO Platform so that there is clear communication of who we are speaking with.

-TO CONFIRM RESERVATION:
**When Booking the Home: You, THE PRIMARY RENTER - Must Provide a Copy of Your ID CARD or Driver's License along with the Rental Agreement Signed and Acknowledged by yourself, the primary renter, with also a list of all guests staying at the home, this includes adults and children.
-List every guest under the age of 18 staying at the house including their full legal name, age and date .-
-Also list all or any pets name, age, and breed.**
We offer a $50 credit for a 3 day stay and $100 credit for a week or more stay to enjoy any non- electric rental equipment you may like to rent at Duck Village Outfitters to enhance your stay also if you would like to shop at out store we will honor a 20% OFF Discount on any retail store items not previously discounted while you are staying with is

-EARLY CHECK IN: Permitted Upon Request well in advance through the VRBO Platform. We will get you in as early as possible but guarantee entry by 1pm, for a additional cost of $100 to be added to your base rate .

PARKING:
There is room to comfortably park 4 vehicles on site. There is additional public parking within 100 yards that is usually full during peak in season beach hours (Mid June through Labor Day 9-6 and warm holiday weekends)
Please Notify Through the VRBO Platform if you will be driving an electric vehicle/golf cart during your stay. We must permit where the Electric Vehicle/Golf Cart will be accessed.
Electric Cars/ Golf Cart on premise being electrically charged/plugged-in, there will be a $50 Electric Fee charged.Per week or $20 a day - Payment Request Will Be Sent Through Platform

PETS ARE WELCOME- ($175 PER PET/PER 1 WEEK STAY, $25.00 PER NIGHT PER PET/ PER NIGHT STAY) . Will Allow up to 2 pets at $175 PER PET, per 1 week stay (Additional Pets May Be Allowed with Permission). You must state so in your inquiry how many pets you'll be bringing, listing names, age ,and breed so we can send you a payment request even if it is a partial stay. Also you must bring your own Crate(s)/ Dog bowls and Excrement Bags for proper disposal in the outside trash can . Thank You

Linens are ordered and delivered to the home prior to your arrival and will be placed near the front stairs on the ground (shrink wrapped) in a black box. The company will not place linens inside the home , nor take the linens off of the beds, or out of the bathrooms. Upon departure, please place the dirty linens (NOT comforters, mattress pads or pillows) inside the black box they are delivered in, and where it was originally placed when delivered. Please do not put the black box on the second floor deck near the front door, it must remain on the ground.

-REMOVAL OF ANY SAND, PET HAIR & SUNSCREEN BEFORE SITTING ON ANY FURNITURE ( OUTDOOR SHOWER SHOULD BE USED TO REMOVE SAND AFTER EACH DAY BEFORE ENTERING HOME)

-OVERALL - RETURN HOME TO HOW IT WAS UPON ARRIVAL

-Home is stocked with all kitchen supplies, you will need to bring all your own food / food supplies / toiletries/toiletry supplies - All beds have pillows ,mattress pads, and comforters. Linens are not included but are available to rent or you may bring your own .We will need to know ASAP your linen count if any so we can order and have them delivered to you timely upon your arrival . We need a week minimum to make sure we have the order correct .

-EARLY CHECK IN OPTION-A 1 P.M. Early Check In can be arranged for a Fee of $100 but we must know ASAP or at least a week ahead to plan with our cleaning crew to be able to accommodate this option for you . **Please message the VRBO House Rules after you read and acknowledge them and sign off listing all tenants that are occupying the home as well as all pets names / ages / breed, even if it is a short term or partial stay ,also include a photo of your ID Card / Drivers license**

Your enjoyment and privacy are important. Activity on the deck and property is not visible on the live camera stream. The cams do not record audio. -
