This is a relatively new and narrow listing. I am offering my 2400 Sq. Ft. second floor historical loft. $20,000 in recent exquisite furnishings. Master bedroom with king size bed. Second bedroom with queen size wall bed. Well appointed gourmet kitchen. On-street parking and entrance. There is also a designated off-street parking space available.

We cater to tourists and traveling professionals who value experiencing historic properties in urban settings. Feel free to tour our Oregon State Capitol, historic state archives, historic downtown Salem shopping district, and theaters, gardens, and museums. We also cater to visiting parents and family members of students and others attending or affiliated with Willamette University or Law School, legislators, Salem Convention Center attendees, and those coming to enjoy our MId-Willamette wine country. My historic loft is located on Commercial St between Chemeketa and Court St in the heart of historic downtown Salem. This is a quiet, clean, approximately 2400 sq. ft. three bedroom loft. Whether it is one to four guests, the entire loft is your private space. There is a well appointed gourmet kitchen and dining room. Enjoy the media room with 40 inch LCD TV and high speed WiFi internet with download speeds of 50 Mbs and 10 Mbs upload.

Bathroom is 400 sq. ft and fully stocked with robes, toiletries and more. There is a two person jetted jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Full size washer and dryer and laundry sink.

Unpack if you like, and make yourself at home - you will not feel like you are living in someone's space.

This loft is located 4 city blocks from Oregon State Capitol. 5 city blocks from Willamette University. 2 blocks from Salem Convention Center. 1 block from Riverfront park and Willamette River. Front door opens to downtown boutique shops and restaurants. Full service mall, Salem Center, with 65 National and local brands stores. There is a Cinema with 7 theaters that offers food and alcohol at your theater seat. We are 10 blocks from Salem Hospital and birthing center. We are 11 blocks from historical Bush Park, gardens and art barn next to Deepwood historical mansion.

Riverfront Park is a 23-acre park located in downtown Salem along the Willamette River and connects to Wallace Marine Park which has 114.45 acres. It is the home of one of the best sports facilities in the Northwest and has miles of walking, jogging and biking paths and is also a haven for bird watchers.

Everythink was clean and well stocked, lots of beautiful art in the loft!!! It was an easy to walk to restaurants and (bonus for me!!) there was a wonderful yoga studio a 2 minute walk away!!

Perfect spot to enjoy Salem

We were in town to shop for retirement homes, and this lovely loft was the perfect place to use as a home base. We were able to enjoy the cool downtown vibe with fun shops and restaurants and take day trips to look at houses. The loft is comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home. Beds are comfortable and there is a lovely soaking tub to rest your weary bones after a full day.

We loved our stay! Extremely clean, very well appointed and decorated, easy access to our wedding venue down the street, and great restaurants all within walking distance. We wanted a place to stay that was spacious and pleasant, and this felt perfect from the minute we opened the door.

Fabulous!

Check in was very easy. Angela sent a video to my phone on how to access the opening of the doors. The loft was immaculate and very welcoming. Location to downtown Salem is right out your door. We never even used the car for the two days we were there. The beds were very comfortable the sheets were so soft. Kitchen was well stocked. Wi fi worked terrific. All in all Angela's loft was perfect. The Wild Pear restaurant was delicious and Isaac's Downtown coffee house along with Archive coffee really met our needs.

Christmas with Family

We spent Christmas at this property. Our host had it beautifully decorated for Christmas. The kitchen is fully equipped and the furnishings are very nice. The location is ideal for restaurants and shopping.

Folks just thought that it had to be shared because it was to cool to keep all to myself, so I thought YES, I should share this one of a kind luxury living space. Voila, here we are on a whole new adventure n loving it!

You're in the heart of the city and you have no neighbors!
One half block away in Downtown I also host "In the heart of downtown living" so if the Loft is booked check out that downtown apartment and I have a third vacation home just under 2 miles away, still in the heart of salem. It is called "Jefferson Garden Cottage," the house is lovely on the outside with all the gardens. On top of that the inside is completely brand new! From the linens to the kitchen to the carpets, it's all brand new! A true gem and folks just love it.
