There are 2 living areas, both are upstairs, one has TV, DVD player, pool table, beautiful polished floor boards, seating for 8 in this area. The other living area, also upstairs, is the lounge/dining area. Complete with gas fire, TV, DVD, dining table for 10 guests, 5 seats at the breakfast bar, a well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with ice and filtered water too, a pull out pantry and draws, again with polished floor boards. Extend the living area by opening the glass door out to the deck and take in the ocean views. 2 coffee machines, one is a Berilletti (espresso) and the other is Nespresso, covers all your coffee preferences. Upstairs has evaporated heating and cooling.

4 good size bedrooms will suite all your family needs. The master bedroom is upstairs and has water views, en-suite, walk in robe, TV, ceiling fan, electric blanket and access to the deck and even a laundry chute. The other 3 bedrooms are downstairs, all have heating, the bunk room has a split system, the other 2 bedrooms have split systems as well as ceiling fans. One Queen bedroom downstairs has access to the deck and the other Queen bedroom has ocean views and en-suite too.

With guests comfort in mind, all the bathrooms have heat lamps and heated towel rails.

There is an outdoor spa that seats 6 - 8 guests - relax and listen to the ocean as you are so close to the beach. Conveniently there is an outdoor shower too.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
