Reviewer Comments: We arrived and the house was very clean, they had installed a new fridge upstairs and cleaned the external fridge which was very pleasing. They had also fixed the external deck and removed the external stairs which now makes the house a lot safer. The property is close to Long Beach so it is a great place to take a walk along the beach. Town is on 2.5km away so walking into town every morning was a great way to start the day. If a few minor issues could be fixed it would improve what already is a great property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Robe again this year. We did feel that the place is a little bit run down and a few things need to be addressed. Apiece of the cornice upstairs coming down. The bathroom shower floods the floor as the seal on the shower door may need replacing. The back yard needs cleaning up.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in agreat location close to Long Beach, if you have a pet dog it is a secure place with plenty of room to run around the back yard. The place is lsightly run down and requires some maintenance to bring it up to another level. There are no fly screens, some of the doors do not lock or open correctly, some of the windows cannot be opened. It has all the facilities that are required for an enjoyable stay and the balcony on level 1 is a great place to have a drink with a few friends. If the property was maintained to a higher stay then the stay could have even more enjoyable

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had been in this house when it was first refurbished 8-10 years ago, unfortunately there has been no upkeep on the premises since then. There are areas of the house that are starting to fall apart and the whole house needs to be updated and possibly repainted. Position of the property is excellent, the kitchen and toilet facilities aren't too bad (Still need to be refurbished) and it is a close walk to the beach

Good rental for a large family or a few groups of friends. Some of the furniture was stained and unappealing to sit on, but the house was cleaned well.

Lovely get away for large family.

Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time at latitude 37 celebrated Christmas fair it was well equipped especially when you are doing Christmas cooking also all bathrooms were very clean and lovely products.We were able to have a small dog in the backyard and on the deck and he loved going for a walk everyday on the beach as it is only one street away.Quiet location and great for a beach holiday.

Pre Christmas getaway

We had a lovely stay close to a gorgeous beach. The deck and outdoor spaces were a little tired, mainly due to the harsh beachside location and the side fence may not have been fully secure for a dog bigger than our little one. Those were minor concerns as the house and kitchen were well appointed and supplied with everything our two familIes needed for a comfortable stay. Even our little dog had a bowl a supplied. A great spot for a relaxing short stay.

Recent Stay

Location was excellent - near one of the great swimming beaches. Great house overall - roomy, clean and made our stay mostly comfortable. HOWEVER, the hot water system wasn't working and when we called on the Friday upon arrival a plumber wasn't sent out til next day and then it took another day for the hot water to warm up, which wasn't ideal with 3 young families. Also, the power kept tripping in the kitchen and the heating down stairs did not work at all (which is where majority of bedrooms are located). So a few amenities need repair that's for sure.

Great size for the ten of us.

The location was good, one street of the Esplanade. Renovations beautifully done through out. Dish washer wasn't working, the local plumbers were not in town to fix it:) Vacuum cleaner wasn't great we found the broom did a better job. 4 Adults and 6 children, all the kid are above the age of 12, it was noted that the house provided a high chair, port a cot and stair barrier, for those who have toddlers. a great time was had by all. Loved it. Great time 4x4 driving.
