Welcome to Bells on Frome — your perfect Robe escape, ideally positioned in the heart of Old Robe Town for a relaxed coastal holiday experience.

Please note:
• Pet friendly – outside only
• No Wi-Fi available
• Wood is supplied during winter months only (1 June – 30 September). Outside of these dates, wood can be purchased locally from Robe Hardware (Mitre 10) or Robe Auto & Marine (opposite Foodland)

Perfectly located just a short stroll from everything Robe has to offer, Bells on Frome is an ideal choice for families or couples seeking a comfortable and convenient seaside getaway. The foreshore playground and sandy beach are less than 500 metres away, while the nearby beachfront lawn bowls club adds to the relaxed coastal lifestyle.

Enjoy easy access to local cafés, boutique shops, Sunday brunch spots, and wine tasting experiences, all just moments from your doorstep. Families will also appreciate the nearby cycling routes, with West Beach and its rock pools just 900 metres away.

Designed with comfort and space in mind, the home features two separate living areas, giving guests plenty of room to relax and unwind. Whether you’re enjoying time indoors or soaking up the sunshine on the large outdoor deck, there is space for everyone to enjoy.

The property offers year-round comfort with reverse-cycle air conditioning and a cosy wood heater for cooler evenings. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Bells on Frome comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Step outside to a spacious deck ideal for alfresco dining, entertaining, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal air. There is also ample driveway parking, including space for a boat, making it easy to bring along everything you need for a coastal adventure.

Pet Information:
Guests are responsible for ensuring their pet is suitably restrained within the outdoor areas. While the property is fenced, Robe Holiday Rentals cannot guarantee suitability for all pets.

• Credit card details are required for bond security

Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for all stays; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds professionally made prior to arrival, please request bed-making at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding arrangements will be assumed based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

A nice spot in Robe

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My Wife and I stayed at Bells on Frome for three nights on the way to Mount Gambier. We very much enjoyed the accommodation. Bells on Frome is a clean modern property with plenty of space and a more than adequate kitchen. Cleaning was pretty good, not quite like home but much better than we have experienced at some holiday rentals elsewhere. The big plus for this property is location. Happily situated in the old part of town, far enough away from the main street to be quiet but still close enough for the beach, marina, cafes and hotel to be within an easy walk. Appreciated the off-street parking. Loved the magpies singing. Needs a timetable for the bin collection to tell you which Thursday is the day for recyclables yellow lid bin.

Reviewer Comments: Recently had a 4 night stay with 5 family members, great house, very roomy, very central and close enough to walk to main street, restaurants, marina, and beach. 2 lounge areas was great for a bit of separate down time too. From a personal point of view, a couple of foldup chairs might be handy, we had our own so was lovely to be able to sit on the front verandah and enjoy the breezes and a front screen door would be good to allow the breezes through the house even though we did open the windows. All in all a great stay and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful Robe, a great place with wonderful people!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were unable to stay at "Bells on Frome" due to being in isolation with Covid. Instead, we suggested to another family member that they use the house instead as we were put into isolation on the day we were to check in. Our son said that the check in process was very easy, the house was beautiful, very clean and central. Activities that were enjoyed during the stay in beautiful Robe was swimming on Long Beach, eating out at the various eateries in town and relaxing.The staff at Ottoson Partners Real Estate were very efficient, helpful and friendly.We look forward to visiting Robe, my home town, soon and would not hesitate to book accommodation with them again. Keep up the great work!

Great getaway

This place is pretty well located - about 2 streets back from foreshore, 5min walk from main street, 10m walk from shops. House itself is in great condition, clean and has all need. I echo other reviewers, the tiny TV in main room where kitchen/fire etc is is a bit odd, and given winter the larger rear tv wasnt used as limited AC out there. Switch it round and perfect. Great location - we have booked again already.

Ideal location and very clean

Bells on Frome is a very comfortable and well equipped holiday rental. It’s centrally located within walking distance of cafes and shops and a short drive to wineries and the brewery. We really enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion we would make is for a coffee machine. Highly recommended.

Great Location

Very happy with our stay. Great location one street back from the waterfront. House was very modern and comfortable. Only suggestion for the future is a bigger TV in the main living area and side gates so kids can’t run out the front when playing in the backyard. Overall, very impressed and enjoyed our stay.
