Villa Cantamar is an exclusive 3-level Pacific Ocean view 6 BR home offering a beautiful front row seat to the sunset! At street level you will find ample living & dining room, fully equipped kitchen with pantry, master bedroom with spa-like bathroom, all with beautiful and open Pacific Ocean views. Nice terrace with pool, BBQ and garage. Additional second and third levels include a second master bedroom, three more bedrooms, an ample family area, and a completely furnished guest casita, all too with marvelous Pacific Ocean views.

Please note that I will be both your property manager and concierge, so whatever you need, I'll be happy to help you set it up: from transportation from-to the villa, to fishing & tee time reservation or any outdoor activities, I'm here to help you enjoy your vacation!

House can comfortably sleep up to 10 people in its 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms.

We had an incredible stay at this 6-bedroom villa in Cabo over the Christmas break. The views were absolutely stunning—every single bedroom had an ocean view, which made waking up each morning feel special. Having en-suite bathrooms for every room was also extremely convenient for our group.One of the highlights of our stay was the private chef arranged by the host. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented, truly restaurant-quality. The fully equipped gym was another huge plus, as most of our group enjoys working out, and it was great not having to leave the property to do so.The location is fantastic: close to the beach with breathtaking sunrise views, Tennis courts and half basketball court that my teenage son was very happy. It's also within walking distance to the marina and near a swimmable beach. We also discovered Fenix restaurant just steps from the villa, which quickly became a favorite thanks to its amazing sunset views.Mila, the host, was outstanding from start to finish. She helped stock the house with groceries before our arrival and seamlessly arranged our chef services and ATV tours. Her attention to detail made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this villa.

First of all the house location is so perfect and each room has Pacific Ocean view. House was clean & nice. Carlos & Fernando was awesome to help us with everything we need it. Definitely recommended!!

Wonderful Villa

I stayed at Villa Cantamar with my wife plus 4 adult children and their partners, so 10 of us in all. It's very spacious with 6 bedrooms over 3 levels. The views, which are almost due South over the ocean, were fabulous. We saw whales most days, in the mornings, and particularly later in the afternoons. We also used the kitchen quite a bit as well as the gym and the small pool. It's in a very, large, private community so very safe, although quite hilly. I also had a lot of communication with Michaela who was great with answering my many questions and providing helpful suggestions. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa and Michaela.

Carlos did a great job of assisting with transportation, booking boat, chef etc. Visited with a group of 6 for 40th bday weekend. Would recommend again. Note: home is up a huge hill/gated community just above Waldorf Astoria. Not practical to walk down, but do-able. Uber does work there, and Carlos also recommended a driver/service that was prompt and reliable.

dream vacation for large family

The baths are Hugh and beautiful. Two of six are normal size. Views are unbelievable, whales jumping all week. Two masters are large with balconies and chairs. Needs two kings in place of double beds.Not a place for small children due to steep curvy steps to lower levels and 20 foot drops of road and sidewalks. Golf carts or cars are desirable, to get back up to house from beach and town. Carlos was great with well spoken English. One can not imagine how great this house is.

Taste of Paradise!

We chose this house because of the reviews. They were spot on! The Views in every room were breathtaking! We felt safe in gated Pedregal. (safe in town as well) Carlos was fantastic! He met all our needs and had wonderful suggestions. We Preordered groceries from Prickly pear Cabo. Groceries were delivered and put away before we arrived! We had a recommended Chef (Jose Miguel) come in and make a fabulous meal for us! Carlos also set us up with a service for transportation! They were outstanding! I can’t say enough about our stay. It felt like we were living a “Lifestyle of the Rich and Famous” for a few days! Thank you Carlos and the owner of this property to allow us to enjoy such a beautiful place affordably!!

Paradise in Pedregal

Do yourself a favor and book this house now! Villa Cantamar is what Cabo dreams are made of. The house is absolutely gorgeous - spacious rooms, spectacular views and literally minutes from town. Every room had access to a beautiful bathroom which is definitely a huge bonus. Perhaps the greatest thing about this property is the concierge - Cristina is literally an angel! She truly went above and beyond to help plan every aspect of our trip. From coordinating transportation to and from the airport (for two separate groups on two separate days), to researching catamaran options at different price levels for our group to connecting us with the most fabulous chef for a spectacular dinner at the villa, Cristina is the key to your vacay! She stayed in contact with us throughout the whole trip - whether it was text or email - and had answers to all of my questions almost immediately. We arrived to a fully stocked house - trashbags, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, beers, snacks, literally anything you could want. The view is truly amazing - the back wall of the house is completely made of glass so we could open up the doors and enjoy the breeze while swimming, relaxing or eating dinner. We couldn't have asked for anything more and DEFINITELY plan to return to Villa Cantamar! Thank you Cristina!

Beautiful views/close to downtown

The property is exactly as imaged! Each room has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean and it’s own AC unit.. 5 of the rooms has its own balcony. The pool is heated. Very clean and has a cleaning lady come daily to clean and turn down services. The neighborhood has a lot of twist and turns to go through can be a bit confusing but if you use google maps, the directions is very accurate and will take you directly to the house. Location is perfect just a few minutes drive to down town.

Fantastic House with Great Views in Pedregal

This house is fantastic for larger groups and the views/privacy are unmatched!!!! Michaela was fantastic throughout our entire stay, very helpful setting up covid tests, private chef, and providing recommendations. If you're planning on doing a group stay in Cabo San Lucas I highly recommend choosing this house for your stay. The pictures do not do it justice, it was even greater in person!!!!! :)

A beautiful house with a gorgeous view

Thank you Christina for being an amazing host. Check-in was simple and you were easily accessible if needed. Thank you for the chef as he prepared an amazing breakfast for us over the weekend. Spectacular views and very comfortable for a large group

First let me say that the property manager Christina was a pleasure to work with! She was incredibly responsive and flexible. As you can see from the pictures the view is absolutely incredible. The house is well equipped and everything worked as advertised. We had a group of 12 friends and the house slept everyone very comfortably. One small drawback was that the road was under construction which caused us to have to take the long way to town, adding 8 - 10 minutes of extra travel time. All and all, a great experience!

Highly Recommended

It was our 1st trip to Cabo...we had 10 people to organize for one house and Marco the house owner was AMAZING. Everything was exactly as we asked, on time...and most importantly...AMAZING. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to book a Villa. Marco is super professional and by far one of the best people I've worked with booking houses overseas. 10/10 rating.

Incredible Home in Cabo's Most Exclusive Neighborhood

A group of us came down for a winter break and were blown away by the house! The views, pool, and deck were unbelievable. The best part of the house are the enormous bathrooms that are attached to each bedroom. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate tub with jets. Cristina (the concierge) is amazing and is available by phone, text, or email prior to and during your entire stay. I would recommend this house to anyone and plan to stay here again.

These people are pros

We stayed in this house with 10 guys. There was plenty of room for us all. Christina helped us with everything including transportation from the airport and a stop at Costco. Their communication is great so I never felt worried. Definitely would recommend for anyone going with a large group.

Villa Cantamar perched atop at Pedregal with unparalleled panoramic views.

Spectacular villa overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with an enviable panoramic view of sunrises and sunsets. Greatly enjoyed the ample spaces and terrace, perfect for evening bbqs. Greatly enjoyed our stay, the sights and simply cannot forget to mention the Chef, superb service and food.

Fantastic stay

Stayed in this beautiful home with a group of 10+ friends. Lots of space in the house to hang out. The house is fairly deep into Pedregal, so a taxi/shuttle will almost always be necessary to get into town, but Marco and Manuel definitely help make sure everything is smooth. No other houses directly neighbor this one, so it's quiet and much more private than many of the villas in Pedregal. Manuel and Marco go out of their way to make sure everything is set up ahead of time and are very professional from start to end. Gated community is excellent and very safe. Definitely recommend!
