House in idyllic location with wonderful lake view, sauna, fireplace and pool (summer)

Our house is located in Edertal-Bringhausen, in a quiet location, with a wonderful view of the Edersee, the Scheid peninsula and the Waldeck castle. The house, beautifully situated on the slope of Bringhausen, has a large terrace with a view of the Edersee, which can be reached on foot in 7-8 minutes.
The nicely designed living and dining area with an open kitchen invites you to have entertaining evenings. Enjoy the flickering fire in the fireplace in autumn and winter - wood is ready on the property. Or conclude the eventful vacation day with a sauna session - the sauna (with relaxation room and shower / toilet) is in the basement of the house and can be reached via an outside staircase. It is available for your sole use.
There is also a washing machine and dryer in the sauna area. The electricity costs for this are calculated according to consumption.

In addition, the house has underfloor heating and WiFi (free of charge).

In the swimming pool (outdoor pool) you can enjoy the cool water on beautiful summer days. The pool has a size of approximately 2.5 mx 7 m and is solar heated. Use in 2018 will be possible from June 23, 2018 to August 31, 2018.

There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (w = 1.80 m) and a 2.5 m long closet. The other bedroom is smaller and suitable for up to 2 more people. There you will find a 1.40 m wide bed. This is in the corner of the room, i. that is, it can only be documented from one side.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove (4 plates, ceramic hob), extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer, kettle, crockery, cutlery and saucepans for sociable cooking evenings.
We are happy to provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge.

The friendly, brightly tiled daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

A lot of vacation outdoors with a view: Enjoy breakfast in the sun in the morning. A poly rattan table with four matching chairs is available on the terrace.

Jump into the lake to cool off in the afternoon before the sundowner waits. The existing grill ensures the evening barbecue.

On mild summer evenings, let your eyes wander over the lake to Waldeck Castle or the sunny Scheid peninsula.

It is planned that a further bedroom with its own shower room (for up to 2 people and 1 toddler) will soon be available for rent on the ground floor of the house.
