This listing is for a week long rental in the ONLY OCEAN FRONT Penthouse unit overlooking the ocean at the Legacy Resorts Vacation Club in Brigantine Beach, NJ for only $1849. Unit PH-F is the only unit that is Ocean front with a balcony. The balcony extends from Atlantic City on one side to the Ocean in front of you and a view of Long Beach Island on the other side. The PRIVATE balcony runs the entire length of the resort. The resort is located right on the beach and the ocean is just steps away These are actual pictures I took from the balcony.
The unit is recently renovated with truly breathtaking views of Brigantine Island.
For your ultimate comfort, the unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen pull out couch in the living room.
The unit sleeps up to four. There is a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience as well as the oceanfront Laguna Restaurant adjacent to the resort. There is an indoor heated pool and a game room. The resort is located close to many amenities such as restaurants and shopping.

Check in is after 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am. You must present valid ID at the time of check in. Beach badges will be provided by the resort and a deposit is required which will be returned to you when the badges are returned at the end of your stay.
Resort Terms and Conditions
-All units at Legacy Vacation Club Brigantine Beach are smoke-free. Smoking is
allowed outside of the units. A recovery fee may be charged for guests who do
not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a
smoke-free condition.
-The resort is not able to accommodate pets.
-Please contact Owner Services for any late arrivals prior to
check-in.

-Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in at the resort.
-A $100 refundable security deposit on a credit card is required at check-in for
incidentals.
-Towel exchange is complimentary and housekeeping services are
available for an additional fee.
- Recreational vehicles are not permitted to
park on the resort property.
