The 121 square metre, self-contained apartment includes a large master bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in robe. The second bedroom has two single beds and plenty of cupboard space. The main bathroom has a bath. There is also separate laundry with a tub, washing machine and tumble dryer. It also features a new kitchen and appliances including a coffee machine (and supplies) and all essential cooking equipment.
