ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Relax in comfort at Remarkables Garden 305 with your open plan living, fully equipped kitchen, serene bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. You have your own secure car park and you’ll find a variety of facilities to enjoy in the area including cafes, shopping and a local Snap 24-hour fitness centre (off-site).

You will love the many activities surrounding Remarkables Garden including the popular Remarkables Market, cycling tracks, ski fields, a golf course and the Queenstown Events Centre. The Queenstown Airport is just 2km away.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
Master bedroom: 1 King (does not split)
Bedroom 2: 1 King (does not split)

LOCATION:
Remarkables Garden Apartment is adjacent to the Wyndham Garden Hotel and close to Remarkables Town Centre, Ramada Queenstown and Wakatipu High School. It is a scenic 15-minute drive to central Queenstown. There is a bus stop right at your doorstep that goes into town and one within walking distance to take you up to the ski fields.

RATES:
- Rates are a guide only & subject to change
- Special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply
- Prices are for up to 4 people. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request – ask reservations
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $250

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

Please note that our team are all fully vaccinated should you require any assistance in person. There is a lock box at the property to provide contactless arrival and access.

The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.
House Rules & Rates:
- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please note our terms and conditions and is also available to view through our website
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member.
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.

Remarkable 305
Place was smaller than expected but bedrooms were good size. View was wonderful. Liked location away from busyness of downtown Queenstown. Property was comfortable for myself and my friend.

Family vacation
The property was great. Loved the view of the mountains and the breeze on the balcony. Very close to Queenstown without all the people. Loved how close to the grocery store it is. Centrally located for all we did. Highly recommend the property.

Great location and tidy property
We stayed here for three days and found the property perfect for three adults. Comfortable bedrooms and well equipped. Nice view too. Location was quiet and it felt good to be away from the Queenstown traffic. Parking was a little tricky as the allocated parking spot was often occupied. Seemed to be a general issue for residents in the area with some people resorting to placing road cones on their spot to prevent unauthorised parking. Overall this is a great little apartment and would definitely use again when staying in the Queenstown area.

All it said it would be
Place is fine. Provided extra things which are handy like lots of spreader boards for devices to plug into. Sky TV a bonus. Only parking for 1 car and not much else around. Suited our needs.

Great Location
The location was very handy to shops and golf courses. We found it so much better than staying in town and had plenty of facilities available. The apartment was very clean and it all worked well.
