There's a 27-inch DVD and cable-equipped high-definition TV in the living area and plenty of comfy seating.

Modern appliances in the well-equipped kitchen will make it easy to quickly cook your catch of the day. When the meal is ready, eat with your group at the four-seat dining table or dine al fresco on the back porch. For a more private outdoor dining experience, enjoy meals on the home's balconies with offer wicker seating. Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests. There are queen beds in two rooms and a set of twin beds in a third room. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
