By The Sea is a bright, breezy Crescent Head getaway in whatā€™s widely considered the best spot in town, the kind of location that makes holidays feel effortless. From Willow Street youā€™re perfectly placed to enjoy the village lifestyle, without giving up peace and space to unwind.
Youā€™re just a 1-minute stroll to the water and a 2-minute walk to the shops and tavern, so mornings can start with a dip or a creek walk, and evenings can finish with dinner and a drink without ever needing the car.
The unitā€™s northerly aspect means itā€™s filled with natural light and captures gorgeous views of Killick Creek, while staying nicely protected from the winter southerlies. The elevated verandah runs the length of the home, ideal for long, lazy lunches. Fire up the BBQ, swing in the hammock, or simply settle in with a drink and soak up the view.
Inside, itā€™s comfortable and family-friendly, with Wi-Fi, smart TVs for easy nights in, and fans in both the master bedroom and living room to keep things cool after a day in the sun.

The owners have converted the garage underneath to an extra room with an additional double bed and fouton for an additional charge of $220.00 per week.

NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.

The position of the property is great. And is so close to everything. It is a bit run down and needs a face lift. But over all if you want to be close to everything this is the place.

Great Location

The property is in a great location, very easy walking distance to the creek, beach, and shops. Odd check in and out times, not standard, so be aware you will be checking out quite early (9am). It could definately use updating, and it is not the place for you if you require an airconditioner. But the location is fairly unbeatable if you don't mind the heat. Great if you are travelling with a group that is staying at the caravan park.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice, close to beach and town. We hardly used our car (except to go buy local honey, eggs and veges out on Pt Plomer Rd) as everything is close. Bed was comfy, kitchen, bathroom and lounge tidy and clean. Caravan park is quite close, but it was before school holidays, so it was ok. Best part, walk a few steps to the water. We loved it.

Reviewer Comments: We found this property to be very convenient both to the shops, beach and to our friends staying in the caravan park. It was well fitted out with kitchen gear and was handy with the barbecue on the deck. The stove and fridge are aging as is the bathroom - all still serviceable but could do with refreshment. This didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.
