Modern & beautifully appointed four bedroom house with magnificent views across ocean and bay.

Property boasts polished timber flooring throughout level one, open plan kitchen, living and dining room which opens onto a huge North facing covered outdoor entertainment area. Master bedroom and ensuite.

Ground level features tiled flooring throughout, second living area or rumpus room for the kids, two bedrooms, second bathroom, & laundry.

Property is serviced with 2 TV's, DVD, microwave, BBQ, dishwasher, ensuite & 2nd living area downstairs.

NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.

great for families but not the elderly

property was lovely but because there was no aircon or fans in upstairs living area was very uncomfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great houseJust a few suggestions.A) a better toaster. The crescent head baker makes the delicious bread but it won’t fit in the toaster.disappointing for such a well appointed house.B) the bags for the compost container were old and had deteriorated. Needs to be replaced more often. Makes doing the right thing with green waste difficult if you can’t use the bagsC) making sure the spare gas container is full. The house had 2 gas bottles and both were empty D) a nice to have would be wifi.

Great house but lacking in safety maintenance

Great roomy house with incredible views and location. Lots of space and options to socialise. Well equipped in some ways (e.g. kitchen, 2 tvs with dvds, one being really big) but as with most rentals managed by realestate agents, no disposables (e.g. dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, oil, toilet paper, etc). The token welcome pack got us through the first night of toilet paper. Couple of safety issues in need of attention. Kettle has an intermittent fault and doesn't switch off automatically half the time, so could boil dry and start a fire. Downstairs bedroom smoke detector needs a new battery. Battery was corroded indicating irregular replacement. Please also note we switched over the house gas bottle to the second bottle as the 1st ran out. Some explanation for the early 9am checkout, and late 3pm checkin would have been helpful. Its hard not to feel resentment with this as other rentals and regions often have a 10am checkout and 2pm check-in, leaving 4 hours for property cleaning, especially when there's no linen to wash for this property. Overall very happy though. Would come back again definitely (and bring all disposables).

Thanks for your feedback Simon. We are glad you enjoyed the views, location and space this home offers. Unfortunately, our appliances do fail at times, and we have rectified these problems now they have been bought to our attention. I hope you can appreciate that it takes some time to clean these homes between guests; including washing quilt covers etc; so, check in and out times have to reflect time for this to be completed in order to present the cleanest possible house to the incoming guests!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this property via Airbnb approx 10 months prior to our trip. At about 6 months prior we requested a full refund as we had a death in our family and would need to travel overseas in the same month that this trip was booked. Despite 2 messages we didn't receive a response until 3 weeks prior to our trip, by then we had already made other arrangements to come. Also they charged us $163 for Linen/towels etc what a joke

The house was clean, kitchen and bathrooms were modern, it was well-equipped and had beautiful views of beach, ocean and lagoon. The only negative was that there was a strong musty smell, particularly downstairs, as though the property had not been aired for a long time. Everything else was fine. The service from the letting agent was very good.

Fantastic views and really well furnished with great open living spaces

Loved the living space unfortunately house had no wifi so no smart tv with movies so we had some wet weather which meant some boring days and movies would have been good - oven broken couldn’t bake anything! And large gas burner wouldn’t ignite and no baking dishes to bake potato bake lasagne or any large dishes to suit big family meals - which was a shame because we loved the house but it could just do with a few more creature comfort’s.
