This picturesque hideaway is in a handy location with beach views. Upstairs offers an open plan living area, 2 bedrooms, spa bath, phone, CD, TV, video, microwave, gas BBQ & brand new cover balcony.

Downstairs is a studio bedroom with basic kitchenette, TV, fridge & lock-up garage.

NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.

It was clean, convenient, lots of space, good amenities. Wired internet would be a good addition.

Highlight was deck/bbq where we spent most of the weekend when we weren’t in the surf. Everyone was very helpful with the booking and directions etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A quiet home set back from the street. The dishwasher wouldn’t work a number of times and needs replacing. I’d be concerned about the grevillea on the garage roof growing through the gutters. This will damage the garage roof beyond repair shortly. Apart from dishwasher a great home to chill out in with the family.

Worling on property at front meaning access to back property was hard and difficult.

Good house, has everything you need

We had a great time in this house. It was close to everything and had everything you need. The only thing I would mention is it desperately needs a couch/sofa. It only has a outdoor bunnings seat in the living room which is incredibly uncomfortable so there’s no where to really sit and chill comfortably.

Mouldy & strong mildew smell

We stayed in this property prior to the recent flooding and rain. The blinds in the kitchen were covered in black mould as well as the downstairs shower cubicle. When we requested they be cleaned the property manager was not helpful at all. Fortunately the cleaner was sitting in the office at the time and offered to come and clean them for us. The entire downstairs has a VERY strong mildew smell. Would not recommend staying here until this is dealt with properly.
