This 1,400 sq. ft. property features two spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed and a twin bed, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The master bedroom, "Sea Star," offers a serene ocean view, while the second bedroom, "Sand Harbor," provides a cozy retreat. Both rooms are equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, heating, and a TV for your entertainment.

Please note that ~15 steps are required to enter this unit.

The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxation, with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or a quick snack, you'll find everything you need. The dining area seats six, making it ideal for family meals or entertaining guests.

Enjoy the convenience of wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and a private garage. Linens, beach towels, and bath towels are provided for your comfort. Step outside to the private beach, where you can soak up the sun or take a refreshing dip in the ocean. The shared patio with a fire pit and BBQ grill is perfect for evening gatherings.

BEACH ACCESS: The private stairs down to the beach is currently inaccessible. Alternative beach access is 150 feet north at Forester Street.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
