Located right on the tip of the Cherry Grove Beach peninsula, Ocean View Villas is a family oriented gated property and offers stunning oceanfront views of the Atlantic Ocean, Hogs Inlet, and Waites Island. It is truly special and one of the most beautiful properties in all of the Grand Strand. As the northern most developed oceanfront piece of land in SC, it sits literally “where the road ends”. Come enjoy the privacy, isolation and natural beauty afforded by our location while still being close to many great restaurants, shopping and world class golf.
Our “Pointe View” condo is a Non-smoking (including balcony, per HOA rules) very CLEAN 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom oceanfront walk-up unit located on the 2nd floor (no elevator).
Master bedroom is oceanfront with a King size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a Queen + Twin size bed. Twin size air mattress also available. *** please note: unit sleeps 5 people comfortably.
Linens and towels are not included, however, if you prefer to not pack your own we can refer you to a great linen rental service for delivery. Bedrooms and Living room offer Smart TVs where you can watch the provided Spectrum Cable or log into your own streaming services.
Full size kitchen fully stocked with all essentials (Keurig and drip coffee maker, cookware, silverware, dishes, toaster, microwave, crock pot, blender, air fryer, etc).
Balcony has small table and four chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee oceanfront.
Laundry room with coin operated full size washers and dryers is located on site in the opposite building on the first floor.
Outdoor shower and BBQ (charcoal) grills are also available on the premises.
Per HOA Rules: Only 1 vehicle is allowed per unit due to limited parking spaces. There are a few street parking spaces available outside of the gate. Gated parked lot and gated pool area for added security.
