3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms newly remodeled house with beautiful city view and large pool, bbq area, hot tub and nice big backyard.

Jacuzzi and pool you have to ask to start heat when you have arrive. (or before)
pool heating is taking minimum 8h, if you need same day warmed up pool, ask please day before
JACUZZI heating is FREE (it takes 40+min to be hot)
FOR POOL warmup you have to pay $100 for each day, pool heating is going max 80, jacuzzi heating up to 104

Great location, but dirty

The location and view that the house has is amazing. The bedrooms were great, but there was trash all over the property. Soda cans, cigarette buds, straws, cups, dog poop was all on the side, front and back of the property. When we arrived there wasn't any toilet paper or paper towels so we had to go purchase some because well, after a 4 hour drive, we all needed to use the restroom. There were flies all in the kitchen that left huge bites on most of my friends. The owner did not offer to reimburse for the toilet paper/paper towels and said after our stay that we broke a curtain and left it in the garage. We absolutely did not do that, or even touch the curtains. We even purchased insurance and instead of going through that, we were charged $150 for something that we did not even do.

Our Stay on Verbano Drive

The place was advertized for a comfortable stay and sleep for 14 people. Two Queen mattresses, two air mattresses, one king mattress and one sofa bed. Assuming that everything is correct (4 person on queen and 4 person on air mattresses, 2 person on king and 2 person on the sofa bed) this only adds up to 12 people and not 14 people. but here is when I get very mad, the sofa bed does NOT open and did Not work at all, there is a sign on it Do Not open., one of the air mattresse was leaking air and could not be used so only 8 people could actually sleep in this place not 14, not 12 not even 10 !!!! some of us had to sleep on the FLOOR for two nights!!! One of the showers (Master bedroom) did NOT have hot water henceforth Could not be used so we all had to use one shower!!! NO sign of any shampoo or conditioners in either bathrooms!!! Not enough toliet papper in either bathrooms!!! No frying pan or utensile of any kind for cooking in the kitchen!!! These all made our stay very hard and difficult!!! The only reason I am giving this place a two star only is because it was clean and had a very beautiful view.

Beautiful pool + outdoor grill area

My friends and I stayed at this property in October 2021. The house is a great space for friends, and the highlight is definitely the pool / BBQ outdoor area. The house is at the top of a small hill, so the view looking out from the pool/hot tub area into the mountains is very peaceful. Check in and communication with the property manager was extremely effective, I got responses typically within the hour. The listing specifies that some of the beds provided are air mattresses. Something to keep in mind as your group considers this property. Overall, our group had a wonderful stay here.

Amazing House

Perfect house, with a gorgeous view. All beds and pillows were super confortable. The grill wasn’t working but the host sent someone right away to take care of the problem. Will stay here in the future.

A mixed bag

I stayed at this property with a larger group of 13 people. It's a beautiful house with a gorgeous view, and was clean when we arrived. However, not everything was as advertised, and for the amount I paid, I was disappointed for a few reasons. 1. When we arrived, the hot tub was not working and wouldn't heat up. Artur (the property owner) tried to walk me through troubleshooting over text, but we weren't able to get it fixed. It was late in the evening, so Artur sent someone to fix the jacuzzi the following morning. The hot tub worked again for a few hours, but then quit working and went cold again in the evening when we wanted it the most. That was really disappointing, because a working jacuzzi was one of the most important things I was looking for in a property for this weekend. I spent a lot of time futzing with the jacuzzi controls rather than enjoying spending time with the other guests. I did appreciate Artur trying to help remotely, but he was in Los Angeles and not able to respond personally to issues we had. 2. The listing stated that the house had, in addition to 3 beds, two air mattresses and a sofa bed. When we arrived, not only was there was only 1 air mattress in the house (and we tore it apart looking for the other one), but the sofa bed was broken with a note on it stating that we shouldn't use it.. Artur sent us to another one of his properties about a 10 minute drive away to pick up a second air mattress, which helped. Unfortunately, one of the air mattresses provided had a leak and deflated in the middle of the night, meaning that two of us had to sleep on the floor, which was uncomfortable to say the least. We had informed Artur that we would have 13 guests (out of a maximum 14), so it shouldn't have been a surprise that we needed the extra sleeping options. 3. Some other small things were weird - all the towels had been put away in the closet still completely wet. There was very little in the way of kitchen amenities I would expect (trash bags, paper towels, more than 4 mugs, etc.). There was a Febreze plugin in literally every room, so the whole house reeked of cheap air freshener when we arrived. All in all, we still managed to have a fun weekend, and Artur was very responsive over text. But ultimately, there were some issues that he couldn't fix remotely. Again, we paid a good deal for the privilege of staying in the house and I expected it to be as advertised, which it wasn't.

Great property; great outdoor space

My wife and I stayed for three nights; it was a great adult getaway. Enjoyed it all but we particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. Beautiful views.

Beautiful City Views!

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. The home it’s self comes with spectacular views. The pool is massive with beautiful rock accents around. The outside of the home was where we were majority of our time. The owner of the property was very responsive! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would like to be back!

We were so looking forward to our stay over the holidays at what I am sure is a wonderful house - On the advice of our lawyer - due to the Covid regulations in place after the time of our booking - we made the decision to shelter at home. It was an expensive choice and we took on the entire financial burden but his advice was that the ramifications of disobeying the order - if uncovered, could be significant. With this input, we made the decision to be compliant to the regulations - didnt know how to rate a property where we did not actually stay. I have a feeling the listing was accurate. I do feel the owner should have shared in the financial burden but this is one of life's speedbumps. He was very courteous.

Awesome House

The house was absolutely perfect. It has a beautiful backyard with many different areas to hang out in. The perfect place for swimming in a pool/hot tub, grilling, and hanging out all day. The view at sunset was awesome and there’s a hiking trail a couple hundred feet down the road which was a nice feature. Artur responded quickly and didn’t check in all the time which I appreciated. I will definitely rent this place again soon!

Peaceful

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It has a great view, especially at night. The owner was responded immediately. The refrigerator gave us hard time so we had to use the freezer as refrigerator. But overall we had a great time and will consider the property again when we want to go to palm springs.
