The Sunny Bay is a private house situated on the beautiful Agia Marina bay, just a few meters away from the beach with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea that you can admire both from the outside and the inside spaces of the house. Imagine waking up, cooking, dining or resting, constantly accompanied by the view of the inspiring and relaxing Aegean Sea. Enjoy the sun and the sea, while being close to touristic attractions, great restaurants, tavernas, cafes, shops and beach and night bars of Leros.
The house has three bedrooms, big outside spaces and it can sleep up to 6 people. It has a Kitchen/Dining room with fridge and electric cooker, a dining table and a smart TV with Netflix subscription. Wireless Internet and air conditioning are available throughout the house.

There is a total of three bedrooms:
-ROOM 1: This bedroom has a traditional Cycladic built queen sized bed, a closet and a mirror.
-ROOM 2: This bedroom has a traditional Cycladic built queen sized bed, a night table, two chests of drawers, a closet and a mirror.
-ROOM 3: This bedroom has two wrought-iron single bed, a closet and a mirror.

ALL ROOMS have a magnificent view of Agia Marina bay that you can admire lying down on the bed.

Bed linen is included and beds are made up for your arrival.

BATHROOM: Having a relaxing shower after a day at the sea is very important. The bathroom includes a large built-in shower in modern Cycladic Style that can accommodate two people and it comes with:
– Washbasin.
– Toilet and bidet.
– Large mirror.
– Washing machine.
– Iron.
– Hair dryer.
– Stocked with soaps, shampoos and toilet paper.
– Enough towels for everyone in the family.
