Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "Cool Classic" & "Chic Premium" Studio Apartments - 20 modern and classically renovated furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays with weekly cleaning service located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street.

Your studio is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

FAQs and Important Stuff

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Enjoyable experience

BCA was kind and responsive when I needed help or had questions. My studio was perfect for my stay. It was clean, I had plenty of room and a kitchen so I didn't have to eat out every meal. Hands down a great place to stay.

Love it

The apartment was so convenient to my place of work. It is a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment was clean and I felt very safe. The property managers were very responsive. I would stay here again. I loved having the cleaning service. I stayed 6 weeks.

Great location and great value

I was pleasantly surprised by the location to downtown, the secluded nature of the property was comforting and the variety of restaurants within walking distance was excellent. The room was clean and the instructions were easy to follow. Access to Marta bus to station worked out well.

Cute studio apt in Midtown

Great location! Walkable to quite a few restaurants. Place was clean and just like having a little apartment in midtown. We had a full set of dishes, glasses, bottle opener, etc. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who wants to be close to Midtown, but also not far from Buckhead. Lovely, would stay again.

Clean and great customer service. Maintenance service was fast when needed. The pillows were basically bags of golf balls (bought my own) but other than that, the amenities were great. Classy and Convenient

The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook meals during down time and feel a bit more at home than in a hotel. Everything was nice and clean and organized well! The guides available on the BCA website helped us a lot during our time in Atlanta! We especially appreciated the Lyft voucher for when we were too tired after a full day of exploring the city to walk back from the station. We also really enjoyed how easy it was to check in! Home Away From Home

My studio apartment at BCA was very well designed and had everything I needed as a single person on an extended work trip. I was able to cook, watch TV, and even entertain an friend or two as the room was spacious. The location couldn't be more convenient, with easy access to restaurants, transportation, and grocery stores. The neighborhood was very safe and super walkable. The space was well decorated and felt like a safe haven in a new city and after a long day of work. In addition to its pleasant appearance there was plenty of storage in the space. Close to Shepherd Center

Wonderful place to stay. Apartment is cozy but adequate for 2 people. Very clean. Love bath products. Close to a neighborhood for morning walk. Great birthday weekend getaway

Not much negative to say here, the staff was very responsive and attentive when I complained of a loud dog above. Otherwise, very quiet and Jaime took care of it. I would have appreciated a couple of extra towels, but what was give was adequate. Thanks for making my birthday weekend extra fun! It's always very enjoyable to stay with you. Thank you especially to Michael for helping with a few questions. Thank you to the cleaning staff as well. I look forward to returning. Only suggestion might be replacement of the blinds to fully close the window view. I noticed many people are covering the separation between the blinds with blankets, bags, and clothing. Small thing. Cute apartment, great location

The apartment was very cute and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The location was great - easy access to all the activities we wanted to do with just a short Uber ride. My only complaint is that it was difficult for Uber/Doordash/etc to find the complex, especially in the dark, it would be great if there were a little more lighting on the sign to make it a bit more visible. BCA staff were super helpful and timely in their responses to any issues/questions we had. Would definitely recommend this stay. Team BCA Response: Thank you for your feedback. Great, but could be better.

First of all, I've had a couple of issues (AC and Shower), but they were resolved quickly. Communication is really good. The only issues I had were the availability of certain simple utensils and items that one would normally expect from a corporate housing stay, such as measuring spoons, mixing spatulas, a bigger pan, to name a few. Another thing is the space for toiletries is very limited. There was a towel rack that could be used as a place for a cabinet for more storage space, since towels can be moved around when necessary. The positives are the shower is good. The fridge is sufficient. The best amenity is the once a week house cleaning (sheets, trash, bathroom, even dishes and stove). I hope they add more to the apartment that are considered necessities. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Team BCA response: Hey Rodell, thank you for your honest review. Very clean, as pictured

Great little apartment, pictures and description are very accurate and the space was sparkling clean. The host is very quick to respond and the location in Midtown was central to everything you might need. Would recommend.

There are lots of restaurants and museums within walking distance so you can leave your car parked most of the time.
