Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "Cool Classic" & "Chic Premium" Studio Apartments - 20 modern and classically renovated furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays with weekly cleaning service located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street.

Your studio is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

FAQs and Important Stuff

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Great Experience

Had a great stay! The place was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. It was also very quiet, which made it incredibly relaxing. You can really tell cleanliness is a priority. Would happily stay here again.

Very Good location to relax

The apartment we had for the weekend was great! It had all the amenities that you needed from an microwave,stove, knives, forks, and spoons. Felt right at home from the beginning. No long check in waiting around a lobby. The property was very quiet from the time we got there to the time we left. Plus the people that own the property were very helpful and made themselves available to us, which is a 7 star rating in my book.

Very Good location to relax

Loved my stay hear. Very quit, clean, and comfortable. Check-in (what check-in, lol the best part was I got to go straight to my room) was when I opened my door it was great I didn't have to stand around a lobby for 20 to 30 minutes for check-in. The hosts of the property made themselves available to us, very nice people. Thanks to the BCA Furnished Apartments for making our anniversary on to remember. I hate to give away a good hideaway spot for relaxing but this one really does need to be known. If I could would give this place a⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect Experience!

This little studio apartment was perfect for me and my boyfriend! It was our first time visiting Atlanta, and we had a long drive from Michigan, so it was very nice being able to check-in at a time that worked for us. The first thing I noticed when we got in was how good the apartment smelled! It had such a fresh and clean scent that was so comforting after 14 hours on the road. We were impressed with the thought that went into all of the details of the apartment, and we felt like we had everything that we needed for our stay. I paid $175 a day for a studio.i thought at that price I would have gotten the apartment TeamBCA Response: Thank you for taking the time to complete your review. The dates you booked were a Fri and Sat which are normally at a higher rate than the weekdays due to limited availability and high demand. When guests book through a 3rd party, the 3rd party applies additional service fees that we can not adjust so that may be why you see a higher rate. Booking direct at www.StayBCA.com you will be able to see all our available apartments with rates and may find it easier to navigate between the different apartments we offer.

Great little apartment!

We really liked this cute little apartment. It had everything we needed and is in a great location. Although we appreciated the parking lot being so well lit, all that light comes in through the blinds at night and really lights up the room. Also with the bed being so close to the air conditioner, the person on that side of the bed has quite a breeze when the air is running. Other than that, we found it comfortable and convenient. We are working on updating the window fixtures to help reduce the light that comes through the windows at night without having to comprising the safety of our guests. Some of the apartments already have an extra blackout curtain on the front window to block the light. For your next visit, please feel free to contact us about the location of the AC unit in your apartment. Some of the apartments have a reverse layout and the AC unit is further away from the bed. We would be happy to get you into one of those apartments next time to make your stay more comfortable.

Perfect for my getaway

This is a perfect place/location to stay during your visit (work or leisure) everything is close by, and you can drive (if you rent a car) or take an uber. Very impressive to see the developments near the midtown area. The apartment if perfect, you can stay in a quite zone but closer to restaurants and cafes. Satisfied with my stay and would stay here again.

Very safe area and the apartment was clean. Parking was a little tight for larger vehicles but that wouldn't keep me from staying again. Team BCA Response: Cleanliness is very important to us too! We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found our apartments to meet your standards. We know that the upper parking lot can be a little tight for larger vehicles. Usually, guests with lager vehicles like trucks and SUVs, have the most comfortable time parking in the lower parking lot. There are some spaces that are just easier to get in and out of with that sized vehicle. Our parking lot is unassigned, so it is first come first serve.

Great stay!

Clean, comfortable, and great place overall at a great location. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and it was quiet and safe area. We really enjoyed it, can't wait to comeback again! Awesome Place

We really like your rental. It was in a great neighborhood, was very clean, pet friendly, very well decorated. I do not have anything negative to say at all. I will definitely stay again on future visits to Atlanta if it is available. Thank you for everything it was a great experience.

Private, quiet, clean

Since we're still in Pandemic Times, my husband and I appreciated the no-contact check in and check out process, and that the complex is small and in a residential area. The unit was very clean, but we did find it on the small side for 2 people. For single occupancy, it would be perfect.
