Comprising of 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a powder room, a large well-equipped kitchen, ducted air conditioning, Wifi & Foxtel, this property offers everything and more for a fabulous stay at Shoal Bay, Port Stephens.
There is a double garage and a separate 'Boat' garage. (Boat Garage is 34m2). Amenities: Crockery & Cutlery, Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Bed Linen & Towels, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, TV, Balcony, Lounge, Kitchen, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, air conditioning, Laundry, shower, stove, bathtub, Bed Linen, Dryer, 2 x Free Parking, No Smoking Rooms/Facilities, Outdoor Pool, Wireless Internet, Refrigerator, Shared Swimming Pool, garage, BBQ grill, dining room;

Linen All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay. For the comfort of our guests all beds have quilts with full covers.
There's lots to do Wake up in the morning, take a short stroll to get the paper & enjoy a coffee overlooking the glorious Shoal Bay, let the kids play on the wharf, go for a paddle, climb Mt Tomaree, throw in a line at Zenith beach, take a ride along the Shoal to Final Bay bike track, enjoy a game of tennis, maybe head to the local markets, stroll along Nelson Bay marina, maybe fit in a spot of dolphin watching too. Feeling hungry, thirsty? Take a 2-minute walk down the road & relax in one of the many awarding winning restaurants or enjoy a quiet ale at the infamous Country club hotel or the Newcastle and Port Stephens game fishing club.
Pets are NOT welcome at this property.
The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbors, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.
Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.
A $1000 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.
You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.

Great stay in Shoal Bay
The property is spacious and well stocked with plenty of kitchen accessories for a group. View is lovely, and access to the resort is great. Would stay again.

Shoal Bay magic
We come back to Shoal Bay every year, and staying in the breakwater apartments made it more memorable than ever. Amazing views across the bay and the heads, mixed in with the unmistakable smell of Aussie Bobs :)
