Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 306. Beautiful 3rd floor unit with elegant tropical theme. A perfect vacation getaway! Pool view unit, just 80 steps to the beach! Updated living room furniture, full kitchen with brand new counters, cabinets & tray ceiling. Unit sleeps up to 6 guests, with a king bed in master and a queen over king bunk bed in the guest room, 3 new flat screen TVs, 3 DVDs, two stereos. Just added new carpet & tile throughout, plus new ceiling fans. Also, two new upgraded bathrooms! Private parking garage. Beachy and comfortable R&R! Check it out! Units are non-smoking and are decorated and equipped for your enjoyment, including central air, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. On arrival, your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee.
Each condominium is provided with beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Linens and towels may be exchanged at the office on Tuesday if you are staying 7 or more nights. Beach towels are available for purchase or rent from our on-site office.
We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 4 including children and infants. NO PETS.

Great location

Great location, on the beach with close access to stores,restaurant’s and shops . Clean and comfortable. A few minor maintenance issues would be an improvement. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

We loved staying in a condo here. There were a few indoor issues, but after reporting them they were taken care of. I'd return to this complex without a doubt.

Great!

This condo was very clean, bright and comfortable. The property manager was lovely, too. The beach was nice and it was a good spot to explore the island. Very nice for families, very child friendly. Also, you have to rent beach towels but the towels are surprisingly nice.

The property was clean and so was our room and balcony. Nice staff in office. The only problem was the elevator was not working when we departed. We had to get 2 big suitcases down to the garage from the third floor.

The unit was clean and exactly as represented in the post. Access to the garage and beach supplies added a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room furniture was comfortable. I would stay here again

Sanibel stay

The property was in a good location. The inside was somewhat worn. The one shower didn’t work and it was not well stocked like other places I have stayed in. Only 2 kuerig pods no spices ( the lack of spices was indicated on the listing). The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Overall it was adequate but nothing to be impressed by.

Beautiful Space! walking distance to the BEACH!

From the moment we arrived till the day we left everything went smoothly with the ladies at the front desk. The Beach Unit was beautiful and clean!!! We had everything we needed to cook, plenty of towels, sheets etc... My family and I cant wait to go again and stay in this exact same unit. You will not be disappointed with this unit or Sanibel Siesta on the Beach. A trip we will not forget!

Nice condo with garage on beach

Recently remodeled second floor condo overlooking pool. Beautifully equipped with new stainless appliances., tile granite. Everything worked and kitchen well equipped also. Rained a couple days that filled up the pool with cold water and the heater could not keep up, but other than that nice stay.

Sanibel Siesta

Overall it was great. Clean, great location and secure. Easy walk to the beach and not crowded at all. Office staff was nice and check in was very easy. While I do give it 5 stars, here are the minor issues: there are not 2 stereos like the description says and I would use stereo very loosely on the 1 that was there (very small unit that only plays CDs and no Bluetooth). Pool closes a early imo. We were asked to leave it at 8:00 pm one night. I’d bring my own beach furniture next time too (non-reclining chairs and umbrellas were worn to the point of being taped together).

Perfect

This was a family vacation....our first with adult children and a granddaughter. This condo was perfect for us! Enough space to spread out, and still be together. Condo was very clean, comfortable, and homey. The property was well maintained and easy to navigate. Our unit had a garage that had beach chairs and umbrellas. Our balcony overlooked the pool and was screened in! We made use of the grill on the property and the kitchen in the condo rather than eating out. The main bedroom was very comfortable and the 2nd bedroom was a bunk bed with a king on the bottom and a full on the top. There was also a fabulous sleeper sofa in the living room. The staff was fabulous and helpful,,,,,, from the ladies in the office and the staff that was on the property. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our vacation to Sanibel and this gem of a home were incredible. We loved everything about our stay so much that we rebooked the same place as soon as we got home. The screened in patio got so much use by our family every morning and evening. Wonderful. A short 3-minute walk to the beach can’t be beat. I was surprised that there weren’t any spices, not even salt and pepper. It would be nice to have a few basics stocked.
