Serene at Snells is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Snells Beach bach. This casual and spacious holiday home offers a simple stay for up to 8 guests just an hour north of Auckland.

This 2-storey Snells Beach bach is an easy family option with open plan living upstairs, and a games room downstairs. The conservatory offers extra space to sit back in the sun.

The sleeping configuration at this Snells Beach accommodation is comprised of 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms are fitted with a queen bed. To complete the family set-up, there are 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet at this Snells Beach bach.

For additional living space, keep the family entertained with the games room downstairs including a pool table plus a table tennis table!

For days outdoors, head to the beach or explore everything on offer in the Matakana region just a short drive away. Alternatively, simply kick back and relax with your group and take in the serene holiday surroundings.

All the basics are on hand for a fuss free break... Make your way to the beach and enjoy Serene at Snells!
The fireplace is not available for guest use.

Lovely stay

Great home for our group of 8 adults, close enough to beach/ mudflats down a walkway, although you need to watch the tides. Very clean and tidy home, great kitchen set up and easy to access. Plenty of communal space to gather in. Comfy beds.

Great central location

Ideal for us, with adult children with partners. Large, well set out house. Very clean. A bbq would have been an advantage as we had to take our own.Who was the property manager? Website communications great but no other need

Poorly cleaned, spare broken old and tired furniture. We found 2 huge cockroaches and we were given 4 toilet rolls for 8 people for 4 days. Property is over priced

Property needs updating and a good clean

Property is in an awesome location but the property needs improvement. Kitchen was dirty and needs to be restocked. Untensils we broken, no sharp knives etc. tv is tiny.. furniture was uncomfortable… property smelled and walls were dirty felt very dated with bare amount of cleaning. Heating is inadequate with very little or no spare blankets. No outdoor deck furniture to enjoy the deck and bbq would be a great addition for big groups But games room was good. I wouldn’t recommend this property at this price…

The house was very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable but extremely cold with not enough covers. There was no coffee plunger and we had to buy one very disappointing

Peaceful place in a cul de sac with enough space to host a group/family

Welcomed by David from Bookabach Matakana and was clearly instructed on the do’s and dont’s. The bach has several spacious rooms and two beautiful bathrooms. A cosy living room and a kitchen with all the necessities. Plenty of entertainment in the garage and is located in the near vicinity of Matakana, Omaha and Tawharanui.

A comfortable family friendly home with lots of space. The extra bathroom and games room in the double garage were a huge bonus. Well placed in Snell's beach to explore the coastline north and south of Warkworth

Lovely large house in great condition.

Nice property and pleasant location, area has plenty to offer

Nice property and pleasant location, area has plenty to offer. Unfortunately the equipment in the kitchen was well below basic minimum. No sharp knives, vegetable peeler, mixing bowls, frying pans that do not stick and a means to whip cream. Advised about no BBQ so did expect better utensils to be available for cooking on stove top and oven. A very basic camping kitchen, not what you expect for the fee per night paid.
