Birthday/Spring Break Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The house was clean and comfortable. It was a little chilly to go in the pool, but we loved having the hot tub to go in! I loved the covered patio. This property is very close to shopping, coffee and the beach!

So much fun!

I had a great time staying in this beautiful home. Not only did the andults enjoy the home but so did the children.The pool was great ! Home was clean upon arrival. I will definitely book it his place in the future .

We chose this place because it was close to the water and an easy Uber to the downtown fun. The home is gorgeous and provided all the amenities we needed. Really easy check in and it was communicated early, I appreciated that!!

Even better than the pictures!

This place was great! It had all the amenities that you would want in a VRBO. Plenty of space for all your vehicles and toys, more than enough towels for swimming and showers and all cups and utensils for eating and cooking. Will definitely be trying to rent this again

Great Vacation Home

Very clean house! Communication was amazing and very helpful. Pool was clean and a great addition to the house for the hot days! We were 2 families staying at the house for Spring Break and everyone was very comfortable. Would defiantly stay again and would recommend to anyone!

Nice get away

We stayed Tuesday to Sunday. The property management was so nice when we called. The neighborhood was in the perfect location, close to town and close to the boat launch area for my husband to go to his fishing tournament. Loved the hot tub. It was just very relaxing

Beautiful home in a great location

My family and I came to stay for Father’s Day weekend. There was plenty of space for all 6 of us, and room in the garage for my boat. My daughter was in the pool anytime we were home, and we cooked in both the kitchen and outdoor grill.

Great Location and Layout

The house is in a great location and has a great layout. The property management company was always very responsive. The house could use a deep clean on the high to reach flat surfaces. The hottub would not work after 8:30 pm. It is impossible to know how much propane we used for the hot tub and we couldn't get the internet/tv's to work without freezing every 5 min.

Hi Krista, we shared your review with the homeowner, who provided the following response:-We're sorry some aspects impacted your experience. A deep clean was recently completed, including cabinets, drawers, fans, and the refrigerator top. The final step—pressure washing the garage and patio—is scheduled soon.-The hot tub doesn’t have an automatic shut-off, but after extended use, it may occasionally require a quick restart to maintain optimal performance. This is something our team would have been more than happy to assist you with if needed.-The area-wide internet outages were beyond our control. Our host offered in-person assistance multiple times, but these were declined, and no concerns about cleanliness or the hot tub were mentioned.Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We appreciate your feedback!

Perfect home.

This home was a great home to stay in. The house wasn’t as clean upon arrival as we expected. There was a stain on the comforter, the master bathroom smelled of urine, and finger nails on the outside floor. The restroom rugs were in the dryer and we had to set up the restroom ourselves. I’m not sure if it was an oversight, but hopefully next time we will find it cleaner. We would definitely give this house another try in the future. The pool was clean and it was in a great location.

Swimming pool was listed as heated but when we got there we were tool we had to pay extra. ( $2000.00) because that how much extra propane it would take for 30 days.

Although we can confirm you weren't charged $2,000 for a pool heating fee, we're sorry for that inconvenience, and that you opted to leave two weeks early due to COVID-19. The house was pretty nice. For the price I was very disappointed that the hot tub did not work.

The hot tub didn’t warm up past hardly Luke warm. We ran it for over 7 hours and it still didn’t get warmer than the 70 degree air. Very disappointing. I contacted the property contact and she tried to help. If you are booking to be able to use the hot tub, I would choose a different property. Our kids were disappointed but made the most of it. As an adult I would have very much enjoyed being able to sit in it in the evening but that did not happen.

Beautiful back yard

Upon arrival we noticed that the light in the Master closet was not working . It is a large walk-in with no window. I called within the hour to report the lighdt not working and all I got was "I have sent a work order to the handyman. We were there for 5 nights and it never did get fixed. Also the ceiling fans were full of dust. The non stick frying pans need to be replaced. the our door pool and spa were lovely as well as the patio and surrounding landscaping.

Great place for family n friends

This house was perfect for our 2 families. Close to the lake/launch. The pool gets afternoon shade which was great after a long day in the lake sun. Having full access to the garage was awesome! Made unloading the boat/cars much easier. Extra garage fridge a nice bonus too! Lots of towels and linens. Teen kids didn’t like the bunk bed. The top bunk is really close to the bottom and it wasn’t very stable/comfortable. The extra queen air mattress came in handy and kept the kids more than happy. Be sure to bring extra trash bags/paper towels. Those were not provided. The kitchen also lacked some amenities like foil, Tupperware etc but the air fryer was appreciated and overall kitchen was well stocked. The air conditioner was regulated I think but it was kept at a comfortable temp. We’d rent here again!

Dirty House

nice even though we didn't get to use the pool cause its not heated. But the spa was wonderful.The house was really dirty. Bed sheets dirty, dried up food and blood on some cupboards couch was dusty and had old food and dirty tissue, dust under cushions as well as behind couch. Under the bed had thick dust and dirt as well as dirty tissues, closet light didnt work. The house NEEDS a REALLY GOOD DEEP CLEAN! Its gross, the host was very apprehension to give us any kind of refunds after i spent the first 2 days sweeping mopping, vacuuming and wiping out cupboards because there was spilled food in them as well. Not how i wanted to start my vacation. It was very disappointing to arrive at a house that hasnt been properly cleaned. I even washed some of the extra towels, because i wasnt sure it they were even clean, they were just shoved onto shelves with some sheets stuffed on with them

Beautiful Home Conveniently Located!

In town for the IJSBA world finals JetSki championships, we reserved this home because it provided garage access which many rentals do not and safe, ample parking. Other major perks included location which was three minutes to the water, easy access but in a quiet neighborhood so everyone could rest well and of course the pool, spa and all the comforts of home were major assist as well. Check-in was easy and the home was in fantastic shape. Will book again with evolve as I have in the past in Palm Springs and some of their other locations, they are great to deal with!

Nice neighborhood and floor plan

Loved the nice neighborhood and the home’s floor plan and backyard but the cleanliness was lacking. Walls and floorboards need painting and an overall deep clean. Sheets on master kept pulling up from corners and you found yourself sleeping on the mattress cover - not pleasant. Has lots of potential just needs an eye to cleanliness and detail. Loved being able to park in large, clean garage! Pool Is perfect! Wish we had figured out how to turn done jacuzzi temp. Way too hot!

Family Spring Break Vacation

What a great experience, exactly what we were looking for! This house perfectly fit our family with 4 older teenagers for a four night stay. The house/pool/hot tub all felt private. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having a garage to park our vehicle out of the sun. We used the outdoor kitchen/grill one night and the pool and hot tub everyday.
