There is a cancellation fee of $175.00 at any time of cancellation. One of the guests must be over 25 years of age to stay at the property. This is a strict no smoking property, should any smoking be found, the security deposit will automatically be withheld, will not be refunded, and the guests will be asked to leave the property immediately, no questions asked. Pool and hot tub access is limited and open only during the summer and winter seasons when Big Sky resort is open to the public and is fully operational.
