Beautiful Condo - close to everything

Ask about our multiple month discount. This two bedroom condo is located in the World Tennis Club in Naples, Florida. It is a 24/7 gated community located in central Naples very close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The beach is about 5 minutes away. Fabulous shopping and dining on posh 5th Avenue is also a 10 minute drive away.

The World Tennis Club is a single family and condo community on 82 acres. There are 7 acres of lakes and many wonderful walking paths. There are two heated pools, a spa, sauna, 16 tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, 2 small workout facilities, and a charming cafe. Tennis exhibition matches can be seen on Thursday evenings. There are also free tennis clinics held throughout the week. Private tennis lessons are available for a fee.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on the first floor (no stairs) and backs to preserve which makes it extra private. Parking is right in front of the building. The community is gated 24/7. The 16 tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, cafe, and clubhouse are just a 2-3 minute walk away.

The two bedrooms include a king size bed in the master and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower. The second bathroom also has a shower. Both showers have been recently updated in tumbled ivory travertine and Moen hardware.

The kitchen is completely stocked with all you need, including plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, and coffee machine. There is also a small washer and dryer in the condo. Newer fridge. Plenty of free parking.

The condo is equipped with wifi and cable TV. There is no landline.

The World Tennis Club is located on Airport Pulling Road just south of Pine Ridge Road. Within walking distance are a Walmart, Target, office store, grocery stores, restaurants, and more. The Naples CAT bus stop is also a short walk away.

Smoking is not allowed in the condo. I'm sorry but pets are not allowed per condo regulations.

Please note that there is also an 11 percent Florida hotel tax. Vrbo will collect the tax. There is also a $150 (one time, per lease) application fee.

No smoking. No pets. For high season (December-April) we have a super strict cancellation policy.

Great location and lovely site

Location is excellent, with a pool, hot tub and cafe on the grounds and easy driving distance to everything you need, including a nice beach. I will say that the condo is minimally furnished; we did not cook, but it would have been challenging to do so with the few pots and pans available, and other places we have stayed have provided more in the way of condiments, staples, etc. Did appreciate the beach towels and chairs, beds were comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Over priced

For the price paid we expected impeccable cleanliness, great furnishings and supplies. None of these rang true. Everything seemed on the cheap. The HVAC system did not work for the first 9 days of our stay

Very small and not comfortable

The place was very small and supplies were minimal. We were there for a month, 1 box of Kleenex for 2 bathrooms, liquid hand soap only, no shampoo or bar soap & 3 trash bags. Other than table only seating for 3 for tv and the oversized couch was too deep for women, with no pillows. Toaster only worked if you held down the side bar manually and no salt, pepper, pam, or any kind of basic supplies. New plastic plates that were dishwasher top only, but 2 big to fit on top. Curtains were cheap with 4 panels on flimsy rod. The only good thing was the grounds and pool.

Outdated and dirty

This property was filthy dirty. The screen doors had holes and cobwebs and windows hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There were covers over the chairs covering stains. The sheets and towels needed to be washed because they were not recently cleaned if at all. Some had stains. The smell was so bad we had to light candles which was not effective enough to improve the smell. It was so musty it hit you upon entering every time you walked in. It is very outdated with an open hole with wiring coming out. The grounds at the complex are nice. The pool and tennis courts seem well maintained.

This is a beautiful place with lots of activities to exercise.

This property is owned & managed by a very nice woman. It has all the amenities needed plus the neighborhood has lots of activities for exercise.

Holiday week in Naples

Nice spot for our family of four during a weeklong visit to Naples. The unit is cozy, clean, and exactly as described and pictured in the listing. WTC is a quiet community with a perfect central location, just a short drive to everything Naples has to offer. Check-in and check-out were easy, communication was timely and accurate. We visit family in Naples regularly and have booked a variety of rentals in order to have a space of our own. This home was great, and we would certainly stay again when we visit next.

Naples vacation

Pros- beds very comfortable, pillows were great, plenty of soft, fluffy towels in both bathrooms. Living room furniture comfortable. Air worked well. Great location- in general, minutes from shopping, groceries, beaches, p ickleball, churches, parks, library. Specifically within the club, easy walk to tennis, pool, hot tub, gym. Cons- although communication was great from the time we booked until we checked in, we had an immediate problem with the refrigerator and it was difficult to connect with both the owner and property manager.

Naples is Lovely & World Tennis Club Cwry Nice

A few things can be improved . The screen door at entrance needs to be fixed . Roster must be replaced . Toilet needs fixing in one bathroom . Would be nice to have hairdryer , I had to go buy one . Simple condiments in kitchen , salt , pepper Sugar would be welcoming . A few beach chairs would have been lovely as this is a beach area . Beach towels provided but folks like to sit in chairs and those can’t be brought on a plane ! Otherwise lovely stay !

Very disappointing

This condo needs some serious updating and cleaning. The refrigerator is 30 yrs old with no ice maker. The cookware and dishes were hodge podge mismatches. Not even a working can opener. It was crammed with oversized furniture. The lanai was filthy with spider webs. We expected a much nicer condo considering the price and the fact that it’s a part of the WTC. On an upside, the WTC pool and spa were lovely.

World Tennis Center

This was a lovely condo in an amazing tennis community. The condo is small as are most of the others in this community, but we did not spend much time inside. This community was SO friendly and inclusive that even though we only stayed 3 weeks, we were treated like residents by both the pro shop and community at large.

Great location for access to pool and hut tub and groceries!

Liked the location a lot! Really enjoyed the tennis club hot tub and pool. Easy walk to grocery stores, target, wine store, etc. 15 minute drive to beach. The king bed was very comfortable. Really appreciated the washer and dryer. The kitchen was poorly set up. No cupboard space for groceries and very short on prep surface. Found ants on counter top. They were persistent but did not find them elsewhere in condo. Living space was awkward.... it was just the two of us.... I think it would have been very uncomfortable for four, adults or children. A little disappointed with decor... curtains, mismatched pictures, thumbtacks on wall... I think even dollar store would be step up. Sorry to be negative, but I always read reviews and like to know what to expect. We’ve stayed at a number of vrbo’s and this one was the least equipped. Needs a little TLC. Overall though, with great weather and facilities we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
