In typical southern French style built house in a beautifully situated, manageable resort
Corner lot, facing south, large sun terrace with garden and sea views, for max. 5 people (pets are welcome.), 2 separate bedrooms upstairs (with sea view), on the ground floor living area with open kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, rich equipment of kitchenware, satellite TV ASTRA, unlimited WIFI (16 MB), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer etc., patio furniture + fixed grill, swimming pool in the resort, lighted parking lot near the house, ca. 1000m to the fine sandy beach (7km long).
All shops in the village within walking distance (about 1000m). The house has been renovated in 2022 (kitchen and bathroom.


Close to the beach, sea view, terrace house: Great sea views from the terrace and from the bedroom.
Only ca. 1000m to the sandy, 7km-long sandy beach (free beach area for dogs).

Beautiful, not overcrowded southern French seaside resort.

Pool in the resort: In the holiday complex is located 100m away from the house a swimming pool (water depth 1.60 m, no shallow parts!) with phenomenal views of the sea and the salt lakes (Etang D'Oustalet).
The pool is open daily during the season from June 1 to September 30 and is exclusively for the guests in the residence.
Once the residence is not very large, the pool area is not crowded even in high season.

Pets are welcome here. In the vicinity of the resort you will find for your pet sufficient outlet possibilities and nice walks along the 7km-long sandy beach (mostly free beach zone) and in the nature reserve just behind the cottage.
