Its elegant features include hardwood and tile floors, a formal living and dining room with seating for 10, and a spacious deck enclosed in glass, complete with luxurious outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The property also boasts an enclosed courtyard adorned with a pond and lush landscaping.
The master bedroom offers a lavish retreat with a generously sized roll-in shower and a large jetted bathtub. With three bedrooms featuring queen beds and 2 1/2 baths, along with two sofas and an Aerobed, this home provides versatile sleeping options.
A convenient path across the street leads to the nearby beach. Visit our 5StarVR site for details on personal chefs, caterers, massages, yoga instructors, and personal trainers. You'll also find valuable information about local restaurants, wineries, and exciting activities in the area. Our vacation rentals are fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish hand, and laundry soaps, as well as various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pools for homes with them from October through April, while hot tubs, if available, are heated at no extra charge year-round. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
It's important to note that while this property is an amazing space for family and friends to gather, it is NOT a party house. Outdoor amplified music is not allowed in County vacation rentals. Surveillance cameras and decimal meters are strategically placed to monitor parking areas and noise levels. Quiet time for this County is observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups found in violation of these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.

Excellent property. Very clean, very comfortable, well stocked. Fantastic handicap accessible master bedroom/bath for our elderly relative with Parkinsonā€™s.Great location, across the street from hiking trails. Hosts were responsive and helpful during power outage from winter storm.

Wonderful home. Clean, well organized and spacious for 6 adults and 3 children. Added bonus was the shuffle board and ping pong table in garage. Kitchen had all necessary items for cooking thanksgiving meal. Dining table for all of us to sit comfortably. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Beautiful house! Hot tub was ready and waiting and the back deck is very inviting. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was very quiet. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Path to the beach was beautiful, but very long and steep. Not for sissies . Guests should bring a toaster, or a new one should be provided. Dog door is falling away from the door, so pets should be let out by opening the door.

Every year, we spend my mom's birthday in the Bodega Bay area. Last year we were at our regular, fairly modest rental when she announced that she wanted a larger home to host a celebration for her 90th. I felt like i had my work cut out for me because she has very limited mobility. I immediately found Dolphin Beach House and booked it. The house is immaculately clean. Very well maintained. Birthday girl had the master suite and it was perfect for her as she relies on a walker to get around and there was plenty of space to maneuver around the room. The rest of the bedrooms are nicely done and cozy. The kitchen is very well appointed. There are tools, small appliances, really great, big coffee mugs, glassware of every shape and size, and two sets of dishes and silverware. Everything is beautfully organized (kudos to whomever made the picture guide in the house information book) and useful. i was able to make a frosted two-tiered cake as there were cake pans, a hand mixer and serving platters galore. They ask that you clear all dry goods and perishables but there are a nice selection of herbs and spices. We spent hours at the huge dining table playing games (we brought some, but they also had a lot of games) and watching movies in the main living room. . .there were 9 of us and plenty of space to sprawl out. the hot tub is heaven. property is very pet friendly. . there is even a doggie door! already dreaming of our next trip!

My family has been renting homes in Bodega Bay for over 40 years. This home is without a doubt the best weā€™ve ever stayed in. From the quality of cleanliness, easiest to follow directions in the check in binder and clear labeling for supplies, quality of beds, more than enough linens to use to this being the first home that is truly handicapped accessible! Both showers are walk in and easy to use for anyone with mobility needs. Truly adequate kitchen supplies- lots of bowls big and small, serve wear, utensils, pots and pans- and safety equipment also clearly labeled (the power went out in all of Bodega Bay one evening). Immediately received a text from the owner letting us know where lanterns and flashlights were and an update from the utilities. The hallways are huge, which also is great if someone needs a wheelchair or a walker, plenty of space in every bedroom as well. The two separate living rooms are excellent, especially with a large number of people in varying age ranges. If someone wants to watch tv, the other group is able to go in the other room and play a game without being swallowed up by tv noise. OR, watch something else on the other tv. My only suggestion is to bring your own pillows if youā€™re able to. Canā€™t wait to return to a truly excellent home!

Lovely place and location

The place is wonderful and met our accessibility needs. Great to have places like this available. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub and ping pong were so nice. Only frustration was the signage and rules all over the place. Makes the place feel precious and people staying there on edge about possibly damaging or ruining something. Also we asked for a late checkout and were treated as a transaction and asked to pay 7% of the cost for each hour. The early arrival was offered free (which we did not use) but the late check out came with a cost. Not the ideal customer experience. In the end the place was just what was needed and met and exceeded all expectations.

Dolphin House Stay

We had a wonderful New Year with extended family in this comfortable come. Very clean with plenty of living spaces for all to be comfortable. Lots of games, with shuffleboard and ping pong, in the garage, just adding to our fun. Always nice when a home is as it listed and this one is.

Bodega Birthday Bliss

Spent several days at the coast for my father in laws birthday. The place was beautiful, we loved the openness of the house, it was elegant and comfortable. My husband and his father are avid fishermen so we brought our boat up to go crabbing. It was so cool to see little wildlife scampering about: bunnies, deer and quail. Peaceful and charming, highly recommend!

Family get away

Spectacular, second time we stayed in this beautiful home. Amazing views, great front and rear outdoor gathering areas. Lots of wildlife, and the beach is close by. Interior has a great set up with three gathering areas and games to play in the garage. Canā€™t wait to come back!
