Charming home away from home, Pet-Friendly and Handicap Accessible

Located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by large pecan and red oak trees, this well maintained two bedroom cozy house sleeps six with one queen, one full bed with trundle and queen air bed available. Property is located on a corner lot with a fully fenced in backyard for pets. Handicap accessible all one level for entry to home and back deck, with ramps into laundry area and ramp from the deck to yard.

Recently renovated Laundry/storage area has full size washer and dryer. Sectional sofa with power recliners, headrests and USB ports in living room. House has newly installed central AC/heating with electronic air purifier, ceiling fans located in both bedrooms, living room and deck. Flat Screen TV in Living Room and Master Bedroom. Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV, DVD/VCR player with DVDs and Tapes and CD player.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and appliances for making home cooked meals with granite countertops and tile backsplash.. Large covered deck in back with gas grill and plenty of seating to relax and enjoy your vacation and time with family.

Pack n play and high chair available for small children and durable medical equipment is available upon request. For pets, there are food and water bowls along with a medium size dog bed and blanket.

Quick and easy access to major highways, airport, Randolph AFB, Fort Sam, SAMMC, Lackland AFB (20 minutes), Morgan's Wonderland, downtown, riverwalk, Alamo, botanical gardens and other major attractions.

We want your stay to be as comfortable and relaxing as possible with all the comforts of home.

This is the first rental I've stayed at in a long time that actually felt like a home. A lot of places are stingy with utensils, towels, etc. these days, but this house was so well stocked. There were also books, games, and movies. I really appreciated having supplies provided to do laundry, as well. Everything was clean and comfortable. I ran into a few neighbors and they were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The process to check in was easy. The lockbox was a little hard to open. The neighbor actually helped us to open it.It’s in an older part of San Antonio but the neighborhood was quite. The owner responded quickly. The house has almost everything you can image. The house is a older house with some upgrades. The ceiling in the living room has evidence of a roof leak. One of the bedroom has a crack all the way across the ceiling. My problem was there was bugs floating in the toilet when we arrived. Live ones in the bathtub and under the bathroom vanity. I message the owner and she said they sprayed last week. They didnt know there was still live ones. I explained to her that the cleaning people need to clean the light cover in the kitchen and living room. They had dead bugs in them. I told her she needed to have it spray house again. When her husband came by to drop off something to us,he asked me if I wanted him to spray for the bugs. I said no, not while we are here. He explained to me that there was some bug spray in the utility room area if I wanted to spray. The next day there was some in the kitchen sink. Plus there was one climbing on the wall in the bedroom. Messaged her again the next day about the issue again. No response. I would no rent from them again. I own rental properties and none of mine have bugs. I also have older homes as well.

The house was awesome decor was Western with pictures of Roy Rogers and others. Had one issue and that was solved quickly. Location to shopping was great. We will RSVP again the next time we are in San Antonio. We were close to all family members on the area. The neighbors were polite and helpful when asked questions etc. 10 Stars overall for this place.

We enjoyed our stay! The attention to decorating details made this little 2 BR home very cozy! The back deck is beautiful. Due to construction there’s a lot of traffic in the neighborhood but not the owners fault! We recommend this home!

House was clean and well stocked. Backyard was secure for our small dog to be outside without concern. We certainly felt at home. Location worked well for us visiting downtown, as well as wine country.

Month stay for our family!

We stayed in this home for 1 month while our new home was being finished. Excellent location, had all the furnishings we needed for our stay and the host was very responsive to our messages. Thank you for hosting me and my family for our extended stay!

Excellent stay

Simple check in. Great place for our family of 3 and our pup. Stayed in San Antonio for a week while visiting family and enjoying the city. No issues at all. Great property. Amazing back deck to sit and relax while the dog played in the fenced in yard. Perfect for our trip. Thank you!

Amazing property

My family and I needed a place to stay for Special Olympics of Texas and this cute, quiet, perfect location made us feel at home. We were right across the highway from where we needed to be, with many options within 10 minutes for food and shopping. The owner had everything set up for us and gave us amazing instructions on how to get there and what all they supplied for our stay. 2 bed (one with trundle), 1 bath, kitchen, living, dining, washer, dryer, back porch, BBQ pit, massive fridge/freezer, fenced in back yard for the kids to play. Pretty much all the things I would have at home to feel comfortable with. 2 car parking and the neighbor across the way was very nice to us. I will be reaching out next year if this location is available for Special Olympics of Texas 2025.

Weekend stay at Aunty’s house

This was a very cute, comfortable stay. It is an older home and there’s a lot of bars on neighboring homes but that just lent more to what felt like Aunty’s house, cozy and warm. Two neighbors took time to introduce themselves and it felt like a community watching out for the home and us. Thank you for hosting us. I would book again.

This is a lovely home that is fully stocked with all the necessities. The back porch is delightful.

Wonderful

Me and my wife love rustic homes as soon as we walked in we felt like we were at home with everything the way it was the way it looked. We couldn’t be more happy with where we stayed it was comfortable felt like home and quiet what a great experience for our first time doing this. My wife couldn’t stop talking about this house on our way home thank you for everything and the wonderful experience in this home.
