20 minutes away from Providenciales International Airport, this spacious home sits perched overlooking Chalk Sound Creek and ocean. With a stunning sunset view, an amazing pool, which is one of the highlights of the home that appears to blend into the ocean. Relax with a cool refreshing drink on one of the decks in a comfortable chaise or just fall asleep in the day bed. Inside, enjoy the tranquil ambiance, with open living space. Each room features 30 – 60 inches television. The den/library has a desk and sitting area where you may have some peace and quietness to check in at the office at the same time send your co-workers pictures of your vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances you will need to make you feel at home. Arrangement can be made for in house massage services.

Family vacation

Our stay at the property was absolutely amazing and the host has the best communication I have ever had staying in a rental house. From the beautiful views, to the kayaking , and space in the house, I’m not sure you can get a better place for the price! If this place is available when we come again, we will certainly stay here!

So so so good

The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s that stunning. This is the more remote side of the island, and there are 5 kayaks that you can take to secret private beaches! It makes the other beaches look like crowded tourist traps (which they aren’t). Vallie couldn’t have been a more accommodating host. Our party of 7 would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Paradise in Turks and Caicos

If are you looking for relaxation in an amazing setting, then look no further for this property is where you want to stay. Beautiful sunsets. Communication with Vallie was excellent, in fact, the best we ever had with an owner and we travel a lot.

Wonderful Host & Home

We had a great stay! The house was great! It was our first trip to the island. The location of the house requires a 20-30 minute drive for most restaurants and Grace Bay. The Host was very helpful and made check in easy and she supported us with an activity after a company who we thought we had a reservation with could not accommodate our group of 7.

Exceptional stay! House was perfect with the pool and access to the water w Kayaks. Beautiful views and location was in a quiet area away from the busier section near Grace Bay. Enjoyed some of the best restaurants on the island and were within easy driving distance from house. Beaches right down the street were fine with less crowds. Overall, entire family (6 adults) enjoyed the property and amenities. Would consider a stay at this property again.

Turquoise views

The house worked very well for our family of 3 adults and 3 kids. Very large spaces, plenty of room for all. The kitchen was well equipped. The kids loved the pool and kayaking in front of the house was amazing.

Huge home and incredible views and kayaking

Best thing about the property is the magical views. The home itself is large and very nice, but well worn; the accoutrements as well. But everything is there that you could possibly need or want for your trip. The property was very clean from top to bottom. Vallie, the host, was 100% communicative and could not have been sweeter or more professional. She was awesome! So yes, we would recommend this property even with its small shortcomings.

My Dad's 80th Birth Celebration at Affiniti

Everything was perfect! Hospitality, View, Location and Beautiful Mansion! Vallie is the best host i ever met. She took care of everything on time. Chalk Sound area is quite and beautiful compare to Grace bay area. We had the best family vacation to celebrating my dad's 80th birthday. It was special and memorable stay. We had an amazing time at Affiniti Villa. It's a beautiful villa equipped with everything we needed. Vallie was super helpful during our whole stay! We had a problem with the air conditioner in the master bedroom upstairs and Vallie was so prompt to have it fix. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Wonder Stay and Wonderful Host

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious house for our trip to Provo. The house was comfortable, clean, well stocked, and has a fantastic view! The host was friendly and available whenever we had a question. After we checked out and headed to the airport we found out our flight got canceled. The host answered our cry for help and luckily for us, the house was available another night. We had a rough few hours at the airport, but the comfort and tranquility of returning to this house for another day made everything better! Thank you for hosting our wonderful vacation!

April getaway

Vallie was great; she was able to accommodate our early arrival and although she wasn’t able to check us in, her daughter was. The home is exactly as described. The kitchen has all essentials plus. Views are amazing. We spent a lot of time in the Grace Bay area which is about 25 minutes from the house, so a lot of driving, but it was nice to come home to the piece and quiet Vallies’ home provides. We would definitely rent this home again without hesitation.

Fantastic short break

The property does not disappoint. Vallie is an amazingly helpful host. The common spaces are a lot of fun for the whole family. Kitchen is very well equipped. Keep the AC on in the bedrooms or they won’t be cool at night because it is hot outside. Did not feel the need to venture into the crowded Grace bay area at all. You need a car. All in all - very highly recommended.

Amazing View!!!

We rented the villa for our family of 10. Everything was just as advertised and the property manager, Vallie, was super helpful and great with communication. The photos showing the view of the water don't do it justice. Waking up every day to that spectacular view was amazing. We had plenty of room in the house and enjoyed the game room and deck area. We had a small problem with the light in the pool, but Vallie jumped right on it and it was fixed right away. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return again.

Overall, our stay was comfortable. Communication with management was quick and easy. Check in and check out was a breeze. The home comes with two gate openers which is very helpful with a bigger group like ours that had two vehicles. The pool was big but the water behind the home was disappointing (only around 3 inches deep). Chalk Sound area is very remote and not really close to anything, the closest grocery store was around 20 minutes away by car. Hope this review is helpful.

Huge house, great management.

The location leaves a bit to be desired. It is a ways away from the beaches and restaurants we wanted to be around. The main reason for staying here was to be with family. Vallie the property owner went way out of her way to make us all comfortable. Accommodated several requests for water and other not so easy things necessary for a group of 10. She was quick to reply and easy to communicate with. She really went above and beyond for us. The view everywhere you look in the house is breathe taking. The water was a little further then we expected but it’s a great layout for a large group. Just plan on driving (which is on the wrong side of the road, on the working side of the car lol) Thank you Vallie!!

Beautiful view, property needs some TLC

Pros: Wonderful location and view. Place was clean and well-stocked with towels, garbage bags, etc. Great place to walk. Taking the kayaks to nearby islands was amazing. Cons: property looking a little tired. Many small things in disrepair, causing variable degrees of annoyance. Examples: -Light fixture over outside patio table has no bulb, just capped wires so you can't really eat outside after dark - Dishwasher is wonky, sometimes starts,other times does not - Empty light fixtures, vent grates in the ceiling are loose - Cold water faucet in one sink in master bedroom doesn't work so you can only use one sink -the advertised gym is no longer available -etc... The property manager was easy to deal with and responsive but there were some annoyances there as well: - The 3 garbage bins were all overflowing with garbage of previous guests. No choice but to put the bins to the curb and dump our garbage on top until it was finally cleared on our last full day but animals got in. - Pool cleaner guy just showed up completely unannounced. Had the code to the front gate and let himself in. Did not knock on the door but just came straight to the "private" backyard pool area. Next day, same thing happened with a couple of other pool repair guys. Again, no warning, just showed up in the backyard. -pool lights don't seem to work -steps leading to the water from the dock are rotting, one already collapsed, second broke under one of us, thankfully no injuries Overall, pros beat cons

Loved our stay at this home and our host was top notch!

We had a great stay here in this home. I’m giving it 5 stars because of the excellent service and the fact that the house had all that was needed for a great family vacation. It was wonderful and was great for the 8 of us. Most of my feedback is very positive, but I will note a few things that I would have wanted to know. The home has plenty of space, has a lot of great amenities: 3 kayaks, pool table, some snorkeling equipment, games, beach chairs, beach towels, even had sunscreen and bug spray, washer and dryer with detergent, plenty of furniture, chairs, beds, dressers, closet space. Tile floor is pretty, and the layout is great for Entertaining. We cooked meals and it all worked well. Kitchen had all that we needed. The view is spectacular! We loved having coffee every morning and enjoyed the gorgeous chalk sound view and seeing our kids kayak most mornings. Some things to note: The home is a bit dated and things are getting older. The home is not dirty but just wasn’t the cleanest (dirty windows and window sills, door tracks, pool table room, some chairs, couches). I think it may be the age of the home, just hasn’t had newer furniture and sometimes homes that are an little Older, are harder to get fully clean. The cushions on the outdoor furniture are a bit dated, not bad but could use updating. The master bed is extremely squeaky and needs to be replaced. Appliances are a bit dated (broken handle On dishwasher, oven replaced with smaller one That doesn’t fit in space and is strategically photographed so you can’t see that.) There is no cable, we didn’t know this but Netflix was great to have. The water pressure is weak throughout, and we never got hot water out of the kitchen faucet. I never mentioned it so it was probably an easy fix! I did ask to address the pressure and Vallie did immediately, but we just got used to it and told her not to worry about it. The pool does not have a night light or we didn’t find one. The home is a little quirky, but honestly it was great for us and the price was very fair. I chose to write detail not because we didn’t enjoy it, we absolutely loved it, but we struggled in our searches with finding the nitty gritty. Vallie was amazing, starting with her being there when we arrived to give us a full run down, which was so helpful. Anytime we needed something, she was instantly on it. We would absolutely come back!
