Nice one bedroom, two bath partial ocean view ground floor condo. Relax and enjoy the outdoors right off your lanai. Located next to Waipuilani Beach, which is a long sand and coral beach protected by reef and suitable for swimming, long walks, whale watching and beautiful Maui sunsets. This area is close to where surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and other water sports are enjoyed. Air conditioning in livingroom and bedroom. Condo has a queen size bed, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. Renovated kitchen, and bathrooms. Included is complimentary Wireless Internet!

Property features beautifully manicured grounds, tennis courts, putting green, shuffle board, exercise room, sauna, Jacuzzi, large pool and Gas BBQ grills.

Unit was clean,lots of dishes glasses and pots and pans,A/C worked fine. Pool and hot tub were well looked after as were the grounds well kept.

My husband and I recently vacationed in Maui and booked our stay through Vrbo. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, especially the welcoming community, the comfortable and well-maintained condo, and the convenient beach access. One highlight of our stay was Security Guard Joe, who made our evening walks particularly enjoyable with his upbeat personality and entertaining presence.

Wonderful condo for our family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay in 113a and it was exactly as we expected it to be. The condo was incredibly clean and provided all the necessities needed for our trip. This garden level unit is the perfect base camp for our daily excursions and local hang time. The beds are comfy, the water pressure is excellent and the management company was great to work with!

My husband and I stayed in 113A, whlch met our needs. It was "used", though. It needs to be painted and the windows needed to be washed. The primary bathroom had not been put the back with the in order, like wastebasket left on counter, etc.

The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was so comfy, and I appreciated that the condo wasn't stuffed with "things". Loved working with Kumulani Vacations and will book again with you next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was truly amazing. It is the nicest place we've ever stayed in...that said we were evacuated early morning wednesday 3am. We are thankful to have gotten notification, due to the wildfire tragedy. It's awful what the people of Lahaina are going through they are in our thoughts and prayers.

Fantastic Location on the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Right on the beach, need I say more. We enjoyed the location. The fantastic sunsets were an added bonus. Unit 113A was well equipped, from kitchen utensils to beach stuff to board games. The only negative was the fact that the Air Conditioner in the main living space didn't cool very well. With the warm weather and humidity, it was hard to be totally comfortable during the day, when we happened to be in the room. The bedroom was small with it's own AC unit, which did a great job of cooling that space at night. My daughter's condo unit on the 5th floor had the same cooling issues. I subtracted 1 star because of the Air Conditioner not handling the job very well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 10 days at the Maui Sunset were amazing. Beautiful grounds, great for the kids, just open the door and go. We will definitely stay at the Maui Sunset again. That being said, this particular unit could use just a little tlc. A few updates on fixtures (faucets in particular). Also, we travelled with 3 other families and the other 3 units offered beach accesorries, ie; chairs, boogie boards, large cooler, etc. Our unit did not offer any of these items. We found out that it is up to the individual owners what the guests have access to. By no means am I complaining, those items just would have been nice. In closing, I highly reccommend the Maui Sunset and this particular unit. The Robinson's

Great view from the Lanai and a short walk to the beach. The grounds are perfection and I mean that! Immaculate pool, hot tub, grounds, grills, everything!The condo could use a little attention. A bit out dated and lack of personality but still very comfortable. I will be back next year for sure! Thank you Wendi!
