Our Mountain Blessings Home is your go to peaceful, cozy, and family friendly mountain getaway! The most ideally located unit in Meadow Ridge Resort, our west facing windows end unit 3 brm 3 ba townhouse boasts a beautiful mountain view - all the comforts of home: fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, remodeled bathroom, pack and play and booster seat, ample garage storage for skis, snowboards, bikes. Quiet neighborhood free from upstairs noisy neighbors without the hefty cost of a house rental. PRIVATE AIRPORT CAR SERVICE IS AVAILABLE ROUND TRIP DENVER AIRPORT. "Home James", etc. Check internet. In the beautiful mountain summer months, blast down the hill on your bikes directly to the paved scenic bike path along babbling Fraser creek all the way to Winter Park resort. Stop along the way and rock out to the music of the local summer festival. In the afternoon take a walk over to the Meadow Ridge Club full membership privileges for pickle ball, tennis, swimming, racket ball, hand ball and get your weight lifting session in at the club gym followed up with sauna and the large heated pool. There is something for everyone right out your door! MeadowRidge Club is the premier resort club in this part of the state; one block walk from our townhome. Year around heated pool, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, racket ball, squash, handball, complete work out equipment, treadmills, etc. No wheelchair access. call us any time send your email address and we will send check in check out instructions and fun stuff to do and door code = Ginger and David Additional housekeeping available most anytime (at your expense) Newish washer and dryer. Maintenenace is on property and fire, ambulnce and police are close as 911 Meadowride IS a safe place Very safe and quiet. Upscale vacation homes. free Winter Park / Fraser / Granby bus stops at the end of our driveway on a good schedule. Fast WIFI, Big screen TV, cable, blueray DVD, complete ("gourmet") kitchen, gas fireplace, locking one car garage; two decks, patio, grill, heated bathroom floor, Safeway is one mile, along with other shopping, Wendys, etc. MATRESSES ARE UPSCALE! New refrigerator, washer/dryer. no upstairs or downstars neighbors! End unit with West facing windows. Hourly bus to ski area, etc., at end of our driveway OUR HOME; NOT A COMMERCIAL RENTAL!

Great for ski vacation

Property served well for my ski vacation. It is right on the bus line to the slopes which is very convenient. Property owner was very responsive.

Winter Vacation

Owner was super in communication and ease of check in and out. The fireplace was broken and unable to enjoy, the floor heaters did not work in some rooms, and had workers coming in and out of garage during our stay. Overall, Winter Park is beautiful in the winter and we enjoyed our vacation.

Cleanliness an issue

A property being dated is not an issue for us but the cleanliness of bedding, rugs,walls and the cabinet interiors was disappointing. The bedroom bathroom configuration worked well.

we just had deep cleaning done which we personally inspected and do not understand the comment. We inspected every single piece of linen. a two day process. What areas needed cleaning?

Loved it!

We had a great time! The location is great and the complex is quiet. The 3 bed/3bath set up was perfect for all 8 of us, never felt crowded. The hot tub had great sunset views and not too many people. The non-skiers in the group loved how close we were to Fraser Tubing Hill (4 minute drive!) and the skiers loved Winter Park. Definitely recommend!

Great stay and communication

We needed a last minute rental for just two nights due to weather and plans changing. This was a perfect option! David was great at communication as we had multiple questions even once we arrived. Place was well stocked and exactly as listed. Directions for checkin and during our stay were included. We enjoyed the warm fireplace and it was perfect for our two families to share with room for each adult couple and bunk room for the 4 kids. We were glad to have the garage to put one car as well. Thanks for a great rental at the last minute. We were thankful to find a place and this was a great option.

Father Son ski trip

Was a great place for us to stay and the convenience of the bus route made for a nice plus for not paying additional parking at the lifts. Fireplace worked just fine once we lit the pilot light. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

The condo was great for six adults, with three bedrooms and three baths. Nice location, once we found the property. Couldn’t get the fireplace to start, but other than that we had an enjoyable stay.

Great spot for winter activities

My family and I stayed here for a ski/snowboard vacation in the first week in January for 2019. The condo was a perfect location for everything we needed. We used the clubhouse and hot tub a couple of times while we were there to relax. Overall a great experience.

All I can say is wow!!! This place was awesome! It was so close to winter park and the Link shuttle picked us right in front to take us to the winter park slopes. My family loved having the fire place and having the country club so close to us. There was plenty of room for my family (6) and could have easily slept 2 more. David, the owner, was very helpfull and responded quickly to the questions I had. I almost don't want to say how great of a time I had at the property because I want it to be available next time I go. I highly recommend staying here. Andrew Lewis

Nice layout and everything you would need for a mountain getaway. Close to the ski hill, grocery and many outdoor activities. Great that the ski bus stops directly in front of condo!

Roomy, cozy, convenient and dog friendly!

Lovely, roomy condo with an easy walk to the club for after ski hot tub. Large fireplace in great room made our holiday stay warm and cozy.We made elaborate holiday meals easily in fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfy. Corner condo quiet and convenient for walking dog. Used shuttle to WP, pick up right out front door. Downstairs hallway with many hooks for wet clothes and boots used and appreciated. Unloaded all our skis into garage which worked well. We had many skis cause group did downhill, cross country, and snow skating.

Located in a quiet neighborhood and free from upstairs noisy neighbors without the hefty cost of a house rental, at Mountain Blessings you will enjoy your morning coffee or tea gazing at the snow covered mountains in front of the cozy gas fireplace, or out on the deck during the magical golden aspen fall and peaceful summer seasons. Step right out the main level bedroom onto the new patio, soak in the meadow view, and gear up for a full day of fun!

You will never run out of things to do with convenient access to the myriad of activities year round at Winter Park resort and downtown Fraser. A quick drive or bike ride down the hill leads you to the local Safeway, restaurants, bars, shopping, fishing ponds, and ski/bike rentals. Just across the main road make memories at thrilling winter tubing hills and cross country skiing trails, or summer hiking and biking trails.

During ski season, hop right on the shuttle just steps from our door to skip the hassle of parking and hit the slopes before the crowds. Or drive just a few minutes to the popular tubing hills, 8 minutes to the kids’ sledding hill with gas fire pits, or spend the day cross country skiing at the world class Devil’s Thumb Ranch just 15 minutes away.

MeadowRidge Resort Club is unique; it is centrally located, family oriented, convenient (bus stop is at end of our driveway), Safeway and shopping center at bottom of the hill. Safe, quiet, and very very comfortable. Fast WIFI. Each room has its own heat. Heated bath floors. Large hot water heater. Private garage with remote opener. Complete gourmet kitchen. Dining table for 6 and 4 breakfast bar stools. UHD Big screen cable TV, DVD player All upscale mattresses and linens.
Its our quiet personal home and not a stripped down commercial rental.
The local Holiday Inn rents a one bath, one queen tiny room for $199 -$240+ a night. That makes our mountain home a bargain!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

MeadowRidge Club, a 2 minute walk, is the very best condo club in the valley / state. Free to guests. Google it!! Heated pool, hot tub, racket ball, hand ball and lots of "Nautilus" equipment. Everything but golf and plenty of golf is 10 min away in Tabernash.
This is why we bought it after vacationing in the area every year since 1976 and owning other condos elsewhere - Vail and Breckenridge. (way too crowded, too many thugs and crime).
